Management and Assurance and Financial Reporting. Have led and implemented Internal Controls and set up
entities across Asia from Scratch in Indonesia, China, Malaysia. Have led teams of over 200 people reporting and
set up Financial Reporting and Systems, including ERP(SAP) implementation at multiple locations across Asia.
At GVR India managed more than 63 constructions projects Financing and controls, across India. At Java
Marinelines , Singapore enabled Tax savings of over 150 Million dollars through better tax planning and incentive
utlitsations. Have led the Internal control implementations in Singapore/ Malaysia for newly acquired entities.
Have implemented Enterprise Risk Management Solutions in Indonesian units and Control Self Assessment
systems in China, Malaysia and Singapore. Have led the Risk Management practice in PWC Singapore and
provided cost saving solutions to various marquee clients including Kodak Group, Sembawang and other reputed
business houses in Asia.
Have been awarded as one of the Top 100 CFO’s in India for four years.. Also a Registered Insolvency Professional
with IBBI from August 2017.
