India needs one Heera Lal in every district
The best word to describe Dr. Heera Lal is not as
Administrative Officer, but as an Administrative Activist
who is always on Mission Mode to take development to
the village roads.
I had the opportunity to work with him as a part of his
Mission 90% Voting during 2019 General Elections when
he was District Magistrate of Banda, Uttar Pradesh. I have
seen him working almost 24x7 and roping in
professionals & experts without financial offer. That
speaks of his cause commitment and power of motivation.
The picture of India will be changed if we get one Heera
Lal in every district.
