Panic attack is a commonly used phrase by every dramatic teenager. While we use this word very often, most of us don’t understand the seriousness of this word and everything that comes with it. It is basically the sudden urge of anxiety or overwhelming stress /fear. You start to hyperventilate, have trouble breathing and your heart starts pounding simultaneously.

- 7. With the kind of lifestyles we lead today, more and more of us are likely to develop panic disorders. Here are a few things you can do in order to avoid panic attacks and disorders:

- 9. Avoid smoking and caffeine For those who are susceptible to panic attacks, smoking and caffeine can provoke these.
- 10. Exercise In order to reduce the anxiety you face, try making exercise an important part of your plan.
- 11. Talking helps Talking about your problems is a very good way of cooling down before you have panic attacks. Refrain from keeping all your emotions locked up inside of you.
- 12. Try relaxation techniques You can incorporate yoga/meditation in your daily routine as it a great way to avoid stress and anxiety. They promote relaxation and make you feel more joyful.
