Evaluation
Primary goals of the evaluation
1. In projects, the evaluation has importance because of analysis
of the process of implementation which determines the
effectiveness of processes, in bulling perspective the results of
the percentage of the decline in such events would determine
the effectiveness of the program.
2. The evaluation also helps in the determination of the quality
of the work done, in bulling, what was the methods which was
used to stop bulling, whether they were permanent or
temporary?
3. The evaluation provides with the insight of the activities
which are going in the program, this helps in enhancing the
program and changing the decision made which don’t suit the
scenario.
Issues in implementing the programs
1. One major issue in the implementation of the program is that
the parents of the children responsible for bullying, don’t accept
the fault of their children and blaming the authorities in
exchange for torturing their child.
2. The reporting of the events of the bullying is itself the
problem, as in most of the cases, the bullying is not reported in
the schools, which may result in the ineffectiveness of the anti-
bulling programs.
3. There is lack of cooperation from the rest of the student body
who may know the realities of the events inside that had
happened. The student shows no cooperation to the concerning
authorities.
Overcoming the issues effectively
In response to the non-supportive behavior of the parents, the
school authorities need to act in the positive manner to get the
parents under confidence regarding their child’s behavior. This
can be done through the use of the evidences which can prove
the wrong behavior of their child in the school. The evidences
may be the CCV footage or the eye witness, like other students
in the school. This will be helpful in stopping the bulling
through the cooperation of the parents.
As another issue is the non-reporting of the bullying events by
the victim himself/herself is very problematic as the events of
the bulling will not be reported but its effects will prevail on
the minds of the victim will be reflecting. Specially in schools
the studies of the victim students may decline. The school
students should be taught about the benefits what they can
provide to other through reporting, as reporting is not just for
the only one person but it will be helpful in making the
environment friendlier and favorable for education.
The other students who are not reporting the events of bulling
may also become the cause of the decrease in the efficiency of
the program. The students must be educated on the mass level in
the school regarding the responsibility which they have over the
sightedness of the event of bulling. They should be taught that
it’s the contribution towards the betterment of the learning
environment of the school, their protection must be promised
which may be keeping their identity in private which shouldn’t
be known to other students (Moore, Audrey, & Barker, 2015).
Rationale for the research
The rational behind the development of the plan is based on the
Tylerian evaluation approach, in which the emphasized has been
put on the importance of the involvement of the both students
and teachers. The input from both the stakeholders are
necessary in maintain the discipline in the school related to the
bulling. The research suggested that the assessment is the means
to the improvement in the process. Same techniques which was
suggested by Tylerian was implemented in the process. The
goals are set according to the activities which are required to be
performed (Adetoro, Vidler, Drebit, & Payne, 2017).
The whole evaluation program was divided further into various
steps.
Assessment of the program
The assessment will provide the effectiveness of the program
through which the output of the program will be determined and
further improvements can be made sure. Such as the evaluator
will determine the mistakes in the program that will be
identified in the assessment process, then the evaluator will be
required to take the corrective actions. The correction of the
process is to make sure the effectiveness of the decision-making
process (Fridrich, Jenny, & Bauer, 2015).
The evaluator can be determined the loopholes in the program
through considering the following questions in his/her mind.
What is the purpose of the evaluation? What are the lessons of
the evaluation program? What will be the result of the
evaluation process? What are the key issues which are being
addressed in the evaluation program?
Timeline
The timeline of the program is very productive as it will point
out the issues and the possible steps that will make the
evaluation process more fruitful. The timeline starts in the
following ways:
· Initiation of the anti-bulling program
· Evaluation of the program
· Making necessary adjustment in the plan
· Evaluating the results of the plan

In the form of the memorandum and verbal presentation of the
findings
In the start of each month, the reports will be presented
Presentation will be conducted in the staff meetings with the
one page of the description of project related finding.
What does the train9ng to the students have effect on their
writing abilities?
Principle of school, arts teachers, and school board
The student performance measured on the holistic and analytical
measures of the research
Oral briefing longish the written report being presented to each
participant of meeting
After every two months the report will be made on the basis of
the fresh findings
The briefing of the findings will be discussed with the staff and
the principal, then the board of the school will be give briefing
in condition of being as led by them

Have all the critical activities associated to the program has
been performed?
1. Working with the associated staff to get insight about the
evaluation process.
2. Identification of the methods which will be useful in
monitoring the data collection phase
3. Collection, analysis, and interpretation of the data
4. Meet with the assigned people with the task to discuss the
findings
· First month of the evaluation process
· Second month if evaluation
· Months 2-4
What are the most pressing issue in the evaluation process
which is hurdling the program?
1. Meeting with the staff recording the data of the program
evaluation
2. Seeking the arguments of the parties involves in the creation
of the political and cultural issues in the implementation of the
plan
3. Conduct interviews with the teaching staff to get their
reviews upon the specified task

Timeline for the evaluation of program
Tasks ongoing
Period
Initiation of the anti-bulling program
Evaluation of the program
One month after initiation of the anti-bulling program
Making necessary adjustment in the plan
After one week the adjustment will be made part of the program
after deep consideration
Evaluating the results of the plan
At the start of the next month, the practice will continue till the
continuity of the plan
Expected cost of the evaluation process
The expected cost which is estimated for two weeks have ranged
to the $7400, which determines that if the evaluation process
extends to 2 months, then the total cost which will be incurred
on this will be 7400 * 4 = $29600. As the evaluation process is
well defined and composes of many different steps, then the
human resource cost will be higher as it is expected. There are
expectations that the cost may raise to bit due to other petty
expenses which cannot be articulated.
The cost of the project can be reduced through the downsizing
of the team involved in the evaluation process. 5 persons in a
team can be changed to 3 people in it. this will determine the
cost effectiveness, but the time period on the evaluation process
may raise. The number of the people will be reduced to 4 and
the evaluation lead will remain through out the research.
Conclusion
The anti-bullying program will be facing many problems in its
way of implementation as there will be parties who would be
participating to affect the performance of the program, but there
are already ways are defined to resist the issues entering into
the execution of the program. The cost allocation and the
worksheet of the task has given specific direction to the
program, as any further ambiguity in the program will be
removed easily.

COMMUNICATION TO STAKEHOLDERS 4
Communication to Stakeholders
Student’s Name
Institution’s Name
Affiliation;
Use of Simple and General Language
I would choose this method since it provides one
with a chance to effectively discuss every point and also replies
to any question that might come through during the time of
presentation. During the presentation, I will use general terms
when referring to conditions that might not be known by the
stakeholders in question. Oral tradition also allows one to use
gestures that might or leads to a better understanding of the
message being presented (Huber & Pallas, 2006).
Definition of terms
In this way, I would use terms known to the
experienced stakeholders, then define their meaning in the
interest of the inexperienced stakeholders. This ensures that the
message is gotten by all and educates the inexperienced
stakeholders so that during the next presentation, the terms will
be familiar.
Being Straight to The Point
This is making sure that during the preparation of the
report, the key points are well spelled out without really having
to go to the minor details that might or may be unnecessary to
the inexperienced stakeholders. This also prevents the audience
from boredom that might lead to them not paying attention to
the next points that might be of more valuable (Huber & Pallas,
2006).
Ways to Address Data Change Request by New Stakeholder
At first, one has to know why the request for the
change is necessary. This allows one to know if the application
is for the addition of data or the elimination of some data. It
also gives one a chance to evaluate the request and see if it is
necessary. It also allows one to know the benefits or the
disadvantages of the data. The next step after identifying the
requested change and its importance if the formulation of
response towards the suggested change. It also allows one to
know the level of effort needed in the formulation of the
proposed amendment. With that understood, one will now be
able to get to know if the change increases or reduces costs in
the planned budget of the project. With all that information at
hand, the requested change is now ready for presentation to the
team responsible for the approval of the change. When the
change is approved, the teams involved in the project are
notified, and the change is done. If, on the other hand, it is
denied, the project continues to completion (Podnar, 2014).

Running Head DESIGN THE EVALUATION 1DESIGN THE EVALUATION .docx

  • 1. Running Head: DESIGN THE EVALUATION 1 DESIGN THE EVALUATION 11 Design the Evaluation Lauren Klevis Strayer University Professor: Anthony Jacob November 15th, 2019 Evaluation Primary goals of the evaluation 1. In projects, the evaluation has importance because of analysis of the process of implementation which determines the effectiveness of processes, in bulling perspective the results of the percentage of the decline in such events would determine the effectiveness of the program. 2. The evaluation also helps in the determination of the quality of the work done, in bulling, what was the methods which was used to stop bulling, whether they were permanent or temporary? 3. The evaluation provides with the insight of the activities which are going in the program, this helps in enhancing the program and changing the decision made which don’t suit the scenario.
  • 2. Issues in implementing the programs 1. One major issue in the implementation of the program is that the parents of the children responsible for bullying, don’t accept the fault of their children and blaming the authorities in exchange for torturing their child. 2. The reporting of the events of the bullying is itself the problem, as in most of the cases, the bullying is not reported in the schools, which may result in the ineffectiveness of the anti- bulling programs. 3. There is lack of cooperation from the rest of the student body who may know the realities of the events inside that had happened. The student shows no cooperation to the concerning authorities. Overcoming the issues effectively In response to the non-supportive behavior of the parents, the school authorities need to act in the positive manner to get the parents under confidence regarding their child’s behavior. This can be done through the use of the evidences which can prove the wrong behavior of their child in the school. The evidences may be the CCV footage or the eye witness, like other students in the school. This will be helpful in stopping the bulling through the cooperation of the parents. As another issue is the non-reporting of the bullying events by the victim himself/herself is very problematic as the events of the bulling will not be reported but its effects will prevail on the minds of the victim will be reflecting. Specially in schools the studies of the victim students may decline. The school students should be taught about the benefits what they can provide to other through reporting, as reporting is not just for the only one person but it will be helpful in making the environment friendlier and favorable for education. The other students who are not reporting the events of bulling may also become the cause of the decrease in the efficiency of the program. The students must be educated on the mass level in the school regarding the responsibility which they have over the sightedness of the event of bulling. They should be taught that
  • 3. it’s the contribution towards the betterment of the learning environment of the school, their protection must be promised which may be keeping their identity in private which shouldn’t be known to other students (Moore, Audrey, & Barker, 2015). Rationale for the research The rational behind the development of the plan is based on the Tylerian evaluation approach, in which the emphasized has been put on the importance of the involvement of the both students and teachers. The input from both the stakeholders are necessary in maintain the discipline in the school related to the bulling. The research suggested that the assessment is the means to the improvement in the process. Same techniques which was suggested by Tylerian was implemented in the process. The goals are set according to the activities which are required to be performed (Adetoro, Vidler, Drebit, & Payne, 2017). The whole evaluation program was divided further into various steps. Assessment of the program The assessment will provide the effectiveness of the program through which the output of the program will be determined and further improvements can be made sure. Such as the evaluator will determine the mistakes in the program that will be identified in the assessment process, then the evaluator will be required to take the corrective actions. The correction of the process is to make sure the effectiveness of the decision-making process (Fridrich, Jenny, & Bauer, 2015). The evaluator can be determined the loopholes in the program through considering the following questions in his/her mind. What is the purpose of the evaluation? What are the lessons of the evaluation program? What will be the result of the evaluation process? What are the key issues which are being addressed in the evaluation program? Timeline The timeline of the program is very productive as it will point out the issues and the possible steps that will make the evaluation process more fruitful. The timeline starts in the
  • 4. following ways: · Initiation of the anti-bulling program · Evaluation of the program · Making necessary adjustment in the plan · Evaluating the results of the plan Evaluation plan Evaluation question Audience of the report Contents of the report Format of report Reporting schedule Context for presenting report Has all the program which were critical to the program’s outcome, been delivered? Program managers Progress in the program till date; identification of the problems which requires attention In the form of the memorandum and verbal presentation of the findings In the start of each month, the reports will be presented Presentation will be conducted in the staff meetings with the one page of the description of project related finding. What does the train9ng to the students have effect on their writing abilities? Principle of school, arts teachers, and school board The student performance measured on the holistic and analytical measures of the research Oral briefing longish the written report being presented to each participant of meeting After every two months the report will be made on the basis of the fresh findings The briefing of the findings will be discussed with the staff and the principal, then the board of the school will be give briefing in condition of being as led by them Management plan worksheet
  • 5. Evaluation question Tasks Timeframes Have all the critical activities associated to the program has been performed? 1. Working with the associated staff to get insight about the evaluation process. 2. Identification of the methods which will be useful in monitoring the data collection phase 3. Collection, analysis, and interpretation of the data 4. Meet with the assigned people with the task to discuss the findings · First month of the evaluation process · Second month if evaluation · Months 2-4 What are the most pressing issue in the evaluation process which is hurdling the program? 1. Meeting with the staff recording the data of the program evaluation 2. Seeking the arguments of the parties involves in the creation of the political and cultural issues in the implementation of the plan 3. Conduct interviews with the teaching staff to get their reviews upon the specified task At the tart of every month Cost analysis of the program Personal involved and estimated cost of the program Other resources needed for the program Total task cost Lead evaluator salary, 2 days*$1000 = $2000 will be the total None 2000 Evaluation staff, one personal 5 days * $500 per day = $2500 Refreshment
  • 6. $100 each day * 5 = 500 3000 2 day working of the evaluation staff $100 per day * 2 = 200 Lead evaluator 0.5 day 0.5 * 2000 = 1000 None 1200 5 days * $200 = $1000 evaluation staff Printing cost 200 1200 Timeline for the evaluation of program Tasks ongoing Period Initiation of the anti-bulling program Evaluation of the program One month after initiation of the anti-bulling program Making necessary adjustment in the plan After one week the adjustment will be made part of the program after deep consideration Evaluating the results of the plan At the start of the next month, the practice will continue till the continuity of the plan Expected cost of the evaluation process The expected cost which is estimated for two weeks have ranged to the $7400, which determines that if the evaluation process extends to 2 months, then the total cost which will be incurred on this will be 7400 * 4 = $29600. As the evaluation process is well defined and composes of many different steps, then the
  • 7. human resource cost will be higher as it is expected. There are expectations that the cost may raise to bit due to other petty expenses which cannot be articulated. The cost of the project can be reduced through the downsizing of the team involved in the evaluation process. 5 persons in a team can be changed to 3 people in it. this will determine the cost effectiveness, but the time period on the evaluation process may raise. The number of the people will be reduced to 4 and the evaluation lead will remain through out the research. Conclusion The anti-bullying program will be facing many problems in its way of implementation as there will be parties who would be participating to affect the performance of the program, but there are already ways are defined to resist the issues entering into the execution of the program. The cost allocation and the worksheet of the task has given specific direction to the program, as any further ambiguity in the program will be removed easily. Running Head: COMMUNICATION TO STAKEHOLDERS 1 COMMUNICATION TO STAKEHOLDERS 4
  • 8. Communication to Stakeholders Student’s Name Institution’s Name Affiliation; Use of Simple and General Language I would choose this method since it provides one with a chance to effectively discuss every point and also replies to any question that might come through during the time of presentation. During the presentation, I will use general terms when referring to conditions that might not be known by the stakeholders in question. Oral tradition also allows one to use gestures that might or leads to a better understanding of the message being presented (Huber & Pallas, 2006). Definition of terms In this way, I would use terms known to the experienced stakeholders, then define their meaning in the interest of the inexperienced stakeholders. This ensures that the message is gotten by all and educates the inexperienced stakeholders so that during the next presentation, the terms will be familiar. Being Straight to The Point This is making sure that during the preparation of the
  • 9. report, the key points are well spelled out without really having to go to the minor details that might or may be unnecessary to the inexperienced stakeholders. This also prevents the audience from boredom that might lead to them not paying attention to the next points that might be of more valuable (Huber & Pallas, 2006). Ways to Address Data Change Request by New Stakeholder At first, one has to know why the request for the change is necessary. This allows one to know if the application is for the addition of data or the elimination of some data. It also gives one a chance to evaluate the request and see if it is necessary. It also allows one to know the benefits or the disadvantages of the data. The next step after identifying the requested change and its importance if the formulation of response towards the suggested change. It also allows one to know the level of effort needed in the formulation of the proposed amendment. With that understood, one will now be able to get to know if the change increases or reduces costs in the planned budget of the project. With all that information at hand, the requested change is now ready for presentation to the team responsible for the approval of the change. When the change is approved, the teams involved in the project are notified, and the change is done. If, on the other hand, it is denied, the project continues to completion (Podnar, 2014).
