Maslow suggested that there are basic physiological needs that must be need as a foundation to an
individual’s development.These basic needs include core requirements such as breathing, food,
water, etc. Only once these basic needs have been met can human progress to seek out the
attainment of other, higher needs.
My personal perception basically come out from my own personal experience . i should say in this
hierarchy needs i come out to realise which aspect of life i am more likely in .
Physiological - in terms of food shelter and basic need my family race us well . I grow up in middle
class family i should say just enough for my parents to provide our needs . we may face some
financial problem when my father pass away 7-years ago with our strong family bond by helping
each other we manage to overcome some financial issue.

3. The next stage of needs relate to the safety and security of one’s resources, family, health, and
property. Safety & Security - i grow up in a conservative types of parenting my parents always
remind us be good to others .we may not really showy or expressive to each other’s feeling but we
have a close family tie every sunday is like a fiesta both our uncle’s aunty and their family our
cousin we all gather to our grandparents house we have lunch together.
Love / belonging - in terms of friends and family i can say i am more likely a lovely person i always
hide my feelings toward others i always do things on my own specially when i have problem . i
always comes out being strong in front of my family maybe because i was the eldest child among
five children . i grow up independent i don’t really show my family my weakness point . as i grow
up i only have few numbers of friend which i am really close with them.
Esteem - i can say my confidence is more than enough to achieve some of my goal in life . being the
eldest among the five children when my father pass away i manage to help my siblings in terms of
financial assistance and being a father figure to them by guiding them with some point of their life .
Self-Actualisation - such as problem solving and creativity i may not be the best but i know i can
solve problem on my own there are some certain problem in life i encounter and i manage to solve
it on my own it may be hard and tough but life goes on .

We want other to see us we see ourselves.
Sometime things didn’t exactly turns up to want we want other people to see us there are some point
in life they misinterpret or misunderstand . what important is we know ourself our worth and as
long as we do good things to other we just stay humble and deal with life, That life is always
complicated , brings full of challenges and trials it depends on how we solve the issue and problems
in our life. we need to stay positive and with help of prayers we can overcome the problems and
things we be fine.

The tendency of human being to believe they can control things.
Negativity Bias - whats the point or but ? it mean that you are doing something in life that you are
not sure off what your doing and you are not really confidence to do certain things there was a point
in my life that i come in this situation whereby i am really down and up set and I'm not really sure
how to do things out that was the time when my father pass away. I was down and really up set i
don't even know how to wake up and start the day and the time i was totally down on my bed but
then i came out and realise my father won’t be happy to continue see us that way . theres no point of
being up set and down i need to stand up and help my mom to overcome some problem . i started to
do things and help my mom financially support my siblings in their studies.
Counterfactual Thinking - focusing of what if ? that was the time when i pursue my father’s dream
the decision of studying oversea and follow them in the fields of Architecture was the biggest
decision i made . to leave independently far away from my family . focusing of what if i follow my
father’s dream he might be happy with me , he may not be around i know somewhere he can see us.

Unpredictable mind - in some point of my life i got an unpredictable mind specially when i was in
my teenage life i made some decision that i am not pity sure and suddenly change into something
else . as i get old i realise that making decision in life is not come out in just a seconds or few hours
of thinking it may take time to decide depend on the situation and decision we are making .
for example : the decision of open up and setting a business it may not happen in just a few days or
hours of thinking it may take time to study and think of the consequence we may face to start the
business we need to have the idea in how we start and run , it not just open and operate we need to
know how the things works.
Reinforcement Conflict - unsatisfied with your choose decision . there are time we decide and we
end up unhappy or un satisfy for the out come of our decision but then we need to face thing and try
to figure out the situation that not everything we plan or decide will come out to what we really
want sometimes it turns into something else it still with our own decision on how we handle the
case. i always believe that everything in life happen with the reason .

Attempt to Influence others Attitudes - intentional knowledge attract the consumer increase desire
of the people. Example given are Japanese - more likely to resound to negative valence while
Americans more likely to respond to positive valence.

More likely i become a positive valence and serve as an inspiration to my sibling by pursuing my
fathers’s dream to continue and study oversea and being strong for them i should say i give them the
inspiration to continue life despite of losing our father we continue to stand our family and by help
each other of fulfil our goals .
