Ragwana chose herself as the lighting person for the crew because she thought she would be good at it. She used a smartphone to provide extra lighting since the filming room was dim. She chose Nesserine as the main character Alicia because of her drama experience and acting skills. Isabella was chosen as Sophie because she is friends with Nesserine and comfortable acting. Malik was selected as the hoodie guy because his appearance fit the role better than the original choice, Nesserine.

My crew requirement is: Ragwana, Anisha, and Elizabeth.
I chose myself to be the lighting person because I thought that I would be
good for this role I have also thought about how the trailer would look. To
have a good trailer it should have good lighting. This involves trying to
get the right light or the trailer wouldn’t look as good as the professional
ones. One of the tools I had to use were a smartphone this was because
the room we filmed in was a bit too dim this wasn’t good so I had to
makeshift one. I have also included the idea that the character shouldn’t
be directed into the light or it wouldn’t look very good.
The reasons why I have chosen these people for my cast is because I
think they will be good for their character I also think that they are really
good at acting. I chose Nesserine to be the main character (Alicia)
because she does drama and she is really good at acting. I know this
because she has helped others in their trailers and film making. I decided
to pick Isabella to be Sophie because outside of film making she is really
good friends with Nesserine and I think that she is good at acting but one
of the reasons were that she was afraid to act but this is something that
is in her comfort zone which she agreed to take part. Finally I have
chosen Malik to be the hoodie guy this is because at the time he looked
really good when we’re filming. At first we were going to make Nesserine
be the hoodie guy but we couldn’t do it. This was because she didn’t fit
around that image of being the hoodie because she looked too tall. So we
decided to pick Malik instead.
