- We take a smart sensor, put that in a equipment and integrate it with a cloud based platform. This will help us track the rental equipment smartly as well as enhance customer experience management - Tie this with the example of Relay Rides
- Tie this with iConcierge. Are we a wireless, S/W or an App company? We encompass all of these. We are end to end stack provider. Sensors with aggregators in a SAS based cloud platform, that is enabled over a Android/iOS App visualization. App based visualization iConcierge -> remotely check in with a mobile app -> get a temporary pass key which is a blue tooth key (resides in your app) -> this activates when you get closer to room -> lets you check in or prolong your stay -> integrates with the hotel CRM -> via cloud based SAS platform
