We can make available the service as freemium & installable as fully-paid product or vice-versa. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Likely to be complex due to the fact that we might have to maintain two different versions for same product at a time. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Additional customization will incur additional cost to user. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>We can opt for providing/assisting in hosting solutions. </li></ul></ul>

Revenue Model  (contd.) <ul><ul><li>From All the models, costing need to designed in an intelligent way, keeping in mind the the cost <-> user base trade-off. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Providing a lite version with some limitations ( not too restrictive, but an optimal solution ) free of cost. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>For a dedicated solution, having extra &quot;enabled&quot; features etc. at an extended viable price. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Also, we need to focus on the fact that user base will expand based on the value-of-cost they have paid for, so putting all the prime players under lens is an important task. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Product design can be ongoing, with added features, comes added value & better price. </li></ul></ul>

Action Items <ul><ul><li>Identify Key targets in the available geographic region. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>We need to capture at least 1 such user, whom a hoard of users follow, forcing them to get the same solution as their leader is opting to. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Will add a thinkspace regd. this & share. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Also, Need to install & rip down the functionality of available open source systems. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>This is to be done in order to start preparing the marketing methodology in parallel. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>To keep in mind that to come up with a marketing solution, which comply to all standards related to the domain. For our case it'll be SCORM & LOM at the basic level. </li></ul></ul>
