Training Availability Overview
From the dashboard, you can check when is the training date, venue/ training method, how many seat available etc.

Company Registration
1st, make sure you register your company details in this system!
Click on Company Registration icon.
ONLY FOR FIRST TIME

Company Registration
First time registration is needed!
1. Fill up all the information in this page.
2. Click Create to complete the registration.
Note:
Please make sure all the information given is
correct, especially Company Email Address!
e- contractor safety training certificate shall
send to this Company Email Address!

Company Registration
View registered/ existing companies button
Before you proceed to register a contractor’s company,
click the view registered/ existing companies button
to prevent duplication.
Example:
(A) If you are from Air Liquide, when you click view registered/ existing
companies & your company name appears. Therefore, you are not required
to register your company details again.
(B) If you are from ABC company, when you click view registered/ existing
companies & your company name did not appears. Therefore, you are
required to register your company details for the FIRST TIME.

Contractor Details Registration
Key in Individual details who wish to attend the class
Once you have registered your company details, you can now register individual contractor details by clicking on
Contractor Details Registration icon.
Note:
You can get ready/ prepare ahead the details in the standard Registration Template even before log into eCST system
thru PEN1 Employee Guardhouse WAP_PC station (for contractor) or using company laptop (for ams OSRAM
employee/host) .

Standard Registration Template
1. Use the standard Registration Template provided to key in individual details who wish to attend the contractor safety
training.
2. Mandatory info needed – full name as per IC/ passport, staff #, Malaysian or non Malaysian, visa expiry date
(mandatory for non Malaysian). Refer to sample below:

Contractor Details Registration
Pick a Training Date & company name
After you click on Contractor Details Registration icon, you can see a pop-up window shown above.
1. Pick a Training Date from dropdown menu.
2. Select your Company Name from dropdown menu.

Data Load source - Upload Registration Template (with individual details/ data)
1. Upload your Registration Template (with individual details/ data) into system by clicking Choose Files column.
2. Click Next once the file been attached successfully.

Data/ Table mapping – System auto copying data from excel file
1. Once the excel file attached into system, it will automatically transfer the data from excel into system.
2. Click Next to proceed after you confirm that all the data are correct.
3. Or click Previous/ Cancel if you want to do amendment.

Data validation – System is validating the data eg: format correctness, foreigner with visa expiry date etc
1. Click Load Data to proceed after you confirm that all the data are correct.
2. Or click Previous/ Cancel if you want to do amendment.

Click Next to proceed.
3 contractors’ detail were successfully registered.
Zero detail failed to register.

Photo Upload - Upload photo with standard naming
1. Check and make sure Company Name is correct. If not, please select from the dropdown.
2. Each photo naming shall follow standard: photo_companyID_staffnumber. (Note: If the photo naming is incorrect,
you will having difficulty to upload.) Refer next slide for example.

Case Study
For internal use
Example: You are from Ah Engineering, the
company ID given to is 261.
According to your namelist, there are 3 staffs
you register for the class with staff number:
• Ah178
• Ah3009
• Ah46
From the photo upload session, you can
see your company ID (set by system
automatically).
Thus, photo naming for these 3 staffs shall be:
• Photo_261_Ah178
• Photo_261_ Ah3009
• Photo_261_ Ah46
Note: You can always prepare ahead your registration template with data & staff photo with
standard naming before you access eCST system. Once you have all data on hand, you just
need to attach it to system.

1. Upload your staff photo (with standard photo naming) into system by clicking Choose Files column.
2. Remember: You can upload more than 1 photo at one time.
3. Click Upload Photo once the file were uploaded successfully.

1. You can view from Dashboard (according to company name) which contractor without valid photo in this system.
2. You can directly upload your staff photo by clicking on Red Exclamation icon .
CAUTION: Cert will not be able to generate if photo is
not provided even you have attended the training!

You are able to get a summary view of information such as training date, company name, staff name & number, photo status etc.

Reminder Email
Send to those contractors registered for training
Once you have registered for training, you shall
receive reminder email 1 day before the registered
training data.
Due to current COVID19 issue, we will request you
to return signed copy of acknowledgement letter in
order for us to prepare for e-cert.

e-cert Issuance
Send to contractor company email
You are able to receive e-cert thru the company email
address which you registered in eCST system.
You are required to bring a valid CST e-cert to grant
access when you enter ams OSRAM Penang premises.
