Nikolay Lysenko
He’s got rich work experience in the field of management and
finance. He has been an executive director of a big agrotechnical
holding for several years and worked as a financial director for a
leading Ukrainian grain export group of companies.
As a managing partner of SBC took part or was a project
manager within more than 30 consulting projects in the field of
business management.
Nikolay is one of the leading lecturers and a head of finance
faculty at the Graduate School of Business Management (gsbm,
Kiev).
He has also successful experience of training projects execution
in Ukraine and abroad (Russia, Kazakhstan etc.)

6. Our Team
George Vyshnya
An Information Systems and Management Professional with three years
of General Manager expertise. Eight years of IT and software project
management experience (more than 50 projects managed), two years of
IT business management, and five years of experience in building and
managing corporate IT departments. Three years of building and running
highly available production Data Centers with availability 99.99%.
Seasoned ITIL practice holder. Proven record of successful projects for
large international companies (Genesys Telecommunications Laboratory,
Delta Airlines, Philip Morris, Lancaster General Hospital, Aldec, Sonopia,
Cogniance).
Strong background in System Development Life Cycle methodologies
(RUP, MSF, ISO standards, CMM, agile etc.). Thirteen years of industrial
experience in the Analysis, Design, and Implementation of computer
systems (OOD/OOP, patterns, UML, CASE tools). Extensive experience
in development of applications for banking, finance, and insurance
industries as well as CTI and ASP solutions. Relevant experience in
business applications (ERP, lightweight complex IS, 1C etc.) and system
administration. Deep knowledge of modern technologies, databases, and
programming languages (Java, C#, VB, PHP, SQL, JavaScript, DHTML).
Good command of Internet-based development in network, transport and
application levels. Strong Communication, Inter-personal, Problem-
solving, Analytical, Oral, Writing and Training skills.
Experience delivering professional IT and project management consulting
and trainings since 2001 (trainer in Kyiv and Edinburgh Business Schools
in Project Management and Management Information Systems)

He’s got 10 years’ experience of work as a general and financial
manager in different enterprises of Ukraine. Now Maxim is a
professional consultant in the field of business efficiency
improvement and managerial reports systems (more than 10
consulting project realized). He’s a participant of qualification
program of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants
(London).
Taras Tkachenko
He’s got an experience of heading the company being trade
representative of big European corporation in Ukraine. Taras also
worked as a marketing director in different industrial and trade
businesses. For 3 recent years he has been working as a
consultant in SBC company.

Financial accounting and planning (General ledger): The subsystem features allow performing timely
financial accounting and budgeting. It is capable of generation of various financial reports with a defined level
of details and for various currencies.
Purchase management (Purchase & Accounts Payable): Subsystem document flow enables
controlling purchase process from the point of negotiations with a vendor and purchase order creation to
goods delivery and invoice processing. Analytical subsystem features include various reports on relations
with a vendor, vendor balance, analysis of order processing steps and other reports for vendor accounts
that help to make timely management solutions.
Sales management (Sales & Accounts Receivable): The subsystem is used to control goods sale
process from the point of negotiations with a customer and providing a sales offer to customer and
through to providing invoices for customers. System analytic features enable control and planning of sales
order processing.
Bank and cash operations accounting (Banking): Main tasks of this subsystem involve funds
management. System analytical features include receiving statements on company funds and statements on
funds transfer for any period with any detail level.
Inventory Management: The main feature of this subsystem is daily warehouse accounting. Subsystem
provides a complete list of reports concerning warehouse supplies, supplies history, planned goods
deliveries, goods reserves, etc.
Fixed assets accounting (Fixed Assets): The main task of this subsystem is maintaining fixed assets
registry and physical accounting of fixed assets including asset actual placement. Subsystem reports can be
used to gain information on non-accounted company assets according to depreciation and re-evaluation
performed with any detail level.
