Description
It is a system which deals with the allocation of revenues to its bankers/teams. For each deal
booked, Product Areas are responsible to book the revenues. They then allocate Revenue Credits
(RCs) to Coverage Teams and Product Revenue Credits (PRCs) to Product Bankers who contributed
to the deal. Coverage Team management will in turn allocate the Revenue Credits received to
individual bankers.
The application also facilitates cross-border deal allocations, escalation of allocation in case of
disagreements, allocation facility for GB Central Management in case of escalation, and good-bad
stranding for allocations.
In addition reporting facility is provided through Cognos reports.
