Limits of WFH

● No visibility on stress levels
● Lack of visibility on prioritization / Lack of things to do
● Complex topics requires intense-instant comms (QBRs, Pitching,..)
● New projects are difficult to prepare on remote
● Lack of human contact. It is different to build People Culture remotely

● Less friction
● Hiring process is more difficult
● Training new hires is slower (no shadowing, more questions,...)

● Less human interaction, more back & forth, = personal
isolation + slow down on ‘new things”
