1. Sunday- first day of our mobility
The day started of with a trip to Antanas Cesnulis Sculpture Park,
Druskininkai where we were able to take a look at a lot of fascinating
sculptures made out of wood. It was very interesting because some
of these sculptures ha mechanisms inside wich made them move or
make scarry sounds. That park was the place where we were basically
introiduced to the Lithuanian culture by testing some traditional
foods made by the parents. We were also presented with some
traditional dances, by Rakikulai group, some being pretty similar to
the ones we have in Romania.Something i find verry amazing is that
all of the sculptures found in that park are made by one single
person.
After the park and the the activities there we were divided into two
separate groups one of wich would wisit the Uno park a place where
you can climb on trees and the other group was able to go to the
famous aqua park of Druskininkai.the aqua park had an arangement
of 5 water slides 2 diferent saunas one moist and one dry. Also there
where a big number of pools indoors and outdoors. But the part i
enjoyed the most was a sall pool wich had a stream going that would
lead you to a place in the Wter where it simulated waves from the
sea.
2. Here you can see the main pool where in
the middle you cand find a cave that hosts a
waterfall.
I personally chose to go to the aqua park
where i had a great time.
Here you can see some pictures of the Uno park in Druskinikai
The biggest atraction is the pipeline in the first pictures wich
goes with alot of speed over a lake
In total the day was one i will never forget.
