This document describes Ireme Mushrooms Brand, which recycles coffee pulp in Rwanda to produce edible mushrooms and organic fertilizer. The process allows small-scale farmers to grow mushrooms using only 4 square meters of land, generating an annual profit of 14,900 Euros per farmer. It also creates rural jobs, increases daily income for farmers to 3 Euros within 5 years, and recycles coffee biomass to reduce carbon emissions and replenish soil nutrients for continued crop growth. The goal is to close the coffee supply chain cycle and alleviate poverty for smallholder farmers in Rwanda.
