Rolling Stone
Rolling Stone, biweekly American magazine that gives
information on music, pop culture and politics. The rolling
stone magazine was founded in San Francisco in 1967 by
two people named Ralph Gleason and Jan Wenner. On
the 9th November 1967 the rolling stone published its first
issue. This included John Lennon as their start appeal
(Richard Dyer) on the front cover. Many different known
writers and journalists started their careers with the
Rolling stones such as Hunter S. Thompson and Cameron
Crowe.
As the magazine grew and became more well know and
had an increasing demand for the magazine; the
magazine moved offices to New York in 1977.
