Scroll down and Select
“StoryPulse”

Click on “Sign Up” link
to navigate to sign up
screen

Click on Salesforce icon

7. www.focalcxm.com
Enter Salesforce registered
username, password and
click on “Log In” button

8. www.focalcxm.com
Enter the verification code
received to registered email
address and click “Verify”

This process may take few
seconds..

Baton dashboard screen is
displayed

11. www.focalcxm.com
Admin can logout and sign in
from the next time

Click on StoryPulse icon,
navigates to “Sign In”
screen

Click on “Salesforce icon”
and enter the registered
credentials
