This deck lists the steps to create a Live Poll in StoryPulse

1. StoryPulse- Live Poll Administrator/Presenter Module

2. Login:
• As a Presenter, you will start with logging on to the StoryPulse portal at
https://storypulse.focalcxm.com/storypulse/

3. • On the Dashboard Home screen, click on the Assessments Menu

4. • Assessments will load with the options to Import, Export and creating new Assessments
Click on New Assessments
to create a new Live Poll
from scratch
Each Assessment is displayed with
its respective the number of
questions and responses

5. New Assessment Screen:
• Enter all the applicable fields for the Live poll and click “Next” at the bottom of the screen
Choose the Assessment
type as Live Poll from the
dropdown

6. Choose from Single –
Select, Multi-Select,
Scale, etc. as question
type.

Adding a new question
• Click the “Add Question” button. Repeat it for creating multiple questions in a Poll
• Enter/Select the options for the question and click “Save Question” and then “Next” at the top right of the screen

7. • To edit a Live Poll, hover over the Assessment and click the Green Edit button. To delete one,
click the Red Delete button.

8. Sharing the Live Poll:
• Click on the “Generate URL” button when you are ready to share the poll questions with your audience.
Choose to either copy
a link or notify via e-
mail

9. The browser will display a button “Share Poll with Attendees” clicking on which will display
a 4 digit code to share with the audience.

10. How will the audience Vote?
• The audience will go to www.pollnow.io and use the 4 digit code shared by the presenter and submit.

11. Analyze responses
• The Presenter can view live responses from the attendees.
