1. Evaluation
For this unit I had to complete research on photography techniques and produce my
own images.
Research
First I looked at different styles of photography; this helped me get a better
understanding of the various topics available.
I looked at National Geographic, Life and Magnum Photos. This gave me the
opportunity to look at images I wouldn’t normally look at. This then added to my
knowledge of different styles and then I had to analyse them by describing what I
liked in each of the images I analysed this allowed me to begin the process of
choosing my own topic.
Location
The location I chose were by science in a little garden we also went into a science room
where they had a variety of animals for example guinea pigs, gerbils, snakes and an
albino hedgehog which we took pictures of. we also took pictures on the field in between
the rugby pitch and football pitch.
2. Here is one of the photos I used in my exhibition this was taken I used the blur
tool on Photoshop to give it an effect which I believed was nice.
