notes with the tag task into our notebook tasks.

6. The new filter
Name your filter:

filter is about.

7. The new filter - conditions
Now you have to select
conditions. They define
which notes will be
processed.

8. First of all you have to indicate whether
filterize

all conditions must
apply:
The filter will just be
executed if all conditions
are complied.

only one condition must
apply:
No matter how many
conditions you have, the
filter will be executed if
one is complied.

9. Choose a condition:

Now indicate your
selection:
task

For our example it doesn’t matter. We have only one
condition: the note must be tagged with task.

10. The new filter - actions
Finally choose one or
more actions to
determine what
should happen with
the notes.

notebook tasks.

You can extend that filter easily by adding new
conditions and/or actions.
Try to move only notes from a specific notebook or those
with reminders.
Add more actions, e.g. set a prefix to the title or add a
reminder.
