3. GOAL
• S – I want to lose 5 pounds by July 31st
• M- I am going to weigh myself every morning
before breakfast
• A This is something I can do because I go to
the gym at least 5 times a week
• R- I can make this happen because if I eat
helthy and work out I can easily lose 5 pounds
in 2 months at a good rate
• T- I can complete this goal in my time span
4. THE REASON WHY I
PICKED THIS GOAL
The reason why I thought that
this would be a good goal from
me is because I can realistically
lose 5pounds with out it being to
much. I’m going to continue
eating healthy and going to the
gym. What will help me keep
track of what I'm eating and
what exercise I am doing is my
chart log.

10. END RESULTS
I will be able to get to my end results over the
summer because I will not have school to tie me
down yes I will have other things going on but at
least I can go outside more in the nice weather. I
will have more motivation also being home
because I will have my dogs to go and take out
for walks. I know that once I reach my goal I will
feel better.
