FAIRFLO 222 is a high range water reducer and slump retaining admixture for concrete. It increases strength and workability while reducing water content and placement time. FAIRFLO 222 improves cohesion to aid pumping and finishing, reduces bleeding and segregation, and improves durability. It is supplied in 50, 125, and 250 kg carboys and dosed at 0.6-1.5% by weight of cementitious material.

3. Description
FAIRFLO 222 is high range water reducing cum slump retainer
admixture for concrete, a brown color liquid with base of
Sulphonated Naphthalene conforming to ASTM C-494 type 'F' & 'G'
and IS 9103-1999. The powerful dispersing nature of FAIRFLO 222
avoids agglomeration of cement particles and distributes them within
concrete. This action produces a cohesive, bleeding free, retarding
and durable concrete. It can be used with cement and fly ash mix
and also with cement alone. Being a high dispersing agent, even low
dosage produces a concrete with high effectiveness.

 FAIRFLO 222 is a useful for PCC concreting plants as well as
structural concrete.
 Can be used with higher grade of concrete and cement.
 Ideal in Precast concrete works.
 Can be used to all types of cements.

5. Typical results with use of FAIRFLO 222, M-20 grade of concrete with 0.51
W/C ratio, Cement OPC - 53, Sand Zone - II.

6. Packing & Dosage
 FAIRFLO 222 is supplied in 50,125,250kg carboys.
 FAIRFLO 222 can be added at a dosage of 0.6 % to 1.5% by
weight of cementitious material. However, the optimum dosage
should be determined by site trials.
