Originally I thought that Universal Pictures only produced more
old films such as Casino however I was wrong because they are
also the production company for America Gangster which is
more recent (2007)
The most common distribution companies which produce
Gangster films are Warner Bros, Universal Pictures and Universal
Artists. Between the 20th and 21st century they distribute a

11. As a summary I would say that it’s not always
the case that large organisations make more
profit when producing or distributing a film. I
think it depends on the storyline and marketing
of the film which can up the success. In addition
it can also be argued that top companies which
are the production company for a film may
make more profit.
