6.  Transactions:
Bulk ScanDirect
Affix the provided barcode label on the back side of the bill.
Scan the bill using Kodak Scan mate i1150.
Scanned documents will be shown on the Bulk Scan Direct menu.
Select the bills and input the required information.
Click on the ‘attach and create document button’ provided below the
right side.
Expense Bills Journal
Go to EBJ Journal in the transaction menu
The attached bills from the bulk scan direct will appears in ‘EBJ’ list
Status remarks will shown as ‘Posting Pending’
Edit the document and feed the relevant data.
VAT will be automatically calculated based on the VAT treatment
decided in the masters.
