• ID Card (the old and new e-KTP)
• Driving License
• Passport
• KITAS (Limited Stay Permit Card)
• Scanner support:
• Any scanner brand and type (inc. flatbed and automatic
feeder/ADF) that support ISIS and TWAIN. To use ADF scanner
to scan thick document such as e-KTP or driving license, it’s
recommended to use specialize scanner such as Kodak i2000
series

application, asked for the customer’s ID Card and
scanned it

3. Validation rules to “catch” duplicate customer data based on the customer key
information such as ID number, name, and birth date
