Problem
Global Primary Energy Consumption (2020):
Fossil Fuels (coal, oil, natural gas): Approximately
80% of the world's primary energy consumption is
sourced from fossil fuels. Renewable Energy:
Renewables, including hydro, wind, solar, and
geothermal, make up around 11% of the global
primary energy consumption.
Coal: Coal remains the dominant source of
electricity generation in many countries, especially
in Asia. According to the International Energy
Agency (IEA), coal accounted for 35% of global
electricity generation in 2020.
Oil: Oil is a primary energy source for
transportation, industrial processes, and heating in
many regions. The transportation sector heavily
depends on oil, with over 90% of the world's
transportation fueled by petroleumbased products.
Natural Gas: Natural gas is used for electricity
generation, heating, industrial processes, and as a
feedstock for various products. The IEA reported
that natural gas accounted for 23% of global
electricity generation in 2020.
Milesell B.V.
03
Problem
As the winter season approached, many
European countries found themselves with low
natural gas reserves and a limited ability to import
more due to increased demand from Asia and
supply disruptions from Russia.
This led to a spike in natural gas prices, which in
turn affected the price of electricity across the
continent. The crisis has had significant impacts on
industries and households across Europe, with
some countries implementing emergency
measures such as rationing gas supplies and
increasing subsidies for energy-intensive
industries.
The crisis has also raised concerns about the
reliance on natural gas as a primary energy
source, and the need to accelerate the transition
to renewable energy and energy efficiency
measures. In conclusion, the recent energy crisis
in Europe highlights the importance of renewable
energy as a sustainable, reliable, and cost-
effective source of power.
Milesell B.V.
04
Problem
By transitioning to renewable energy sources such
as wind and solar, we can reduce our dependence
on finite resources, improve energy security, and
mitigate the impacts of climate change.
While there are challenges to this transition, new
technologies and innovations are being developed
to overcome thesechallenges and create a more
sustainable and prosperous future for all.
Such efforts are essential to manage ongoing
supply risks without harming economic activity
orcompromising climate targets.
Global CO2 emissions from natural gas fell in
2022 by 115 million tonnes, withthe European
Union alone accounting for more than 100 million
tonnes of this reduction.

Solution
Residential and Urban Settings
In urban environments with moderate wind speeds (typically between 4-6meters per second), small-scale wind turbines with capacities
ranging from 1 kW to 10 kW can be installed on rooftops or within the vicinity of buildings.
On average, a 10 kW wind turbine operating at 5 m/s wind speed could produce approximately 20,000-30,000 kWh of electricity
annually. In densely populated areas, the cumulative capacity of small-scale wind turbines can contribute significantly to local energy
needs.
All 9,866,539 buildings in the Netherlands are
shaded by year of construction.
Source: code.waag.org
There are approximately 131 million buildings within the Member
States of the European Union, the vastmajority of these buildings are
residential, by a factor of almost ten to one in absolute terms.
Milesell B.V.
06
Solution
Commercial Environments
In industrial or commercial settings with larger land area, medium-
sized wind turbines with capacities ranging from 5 kW to 20 kW or
more can be used.
Horizontal wind turbines are more suitable for commercial
environments. However, more than one vertical wind turbine or
our Rooftop model can be installed where a horizontal turbine
cannot be installed.
Commercial buildings in the Netherlands
Commercial buildings need more energy than residential buildings.
Therefore, energy costs can be reduced with multiple wind turbines and
solar panels.
Milesell B.V.
07
Solution
Transportation Systems
Wind energy generated by moving vehicles (artificial wind energy)
can be harnessed using innovative technologies.
Like wise, wind turbines placedbetween train tracks would create
an additional source of energy.
Apart from that, wind turbines installed onboats can contribute to
the city grid by both providing the energy of the boat and storing
it.
By installing wind turbines on highways, the cumulative potential
energy from the passage of large numbers of vehicles will
contribute to the city grid.
Our new Rooftop model. (Prototype)

SWOT Analysis
Milesell B.V.
15
Risk Analysis
Wind as a power source is intermittent. Wind speeds and directions can vary greatly from hour to hour and day to day, making it difficult to
generate a constant flow of electricity on a continuous basis.
The upfront costs of installing wind turbines can be significant, especially for larger turbines that can generate more power. This can make it
difficult for small businesses or organizations with limited resources to invest in wind energy.
Wind turbines require regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity, which can be time-consuming and costly.
Wind energy can be subject to regulatory and policy uncertainties, especially at the local and regional level. Depending on the location of
the building and the political climate, obtaining permits and navigating regulatory processes can be a significant hurdle for businesses
looking to invest in wind energy
The potential impact of wind turbines on local wildlife and ecosystems. They can pose a threat to some species of birds and bats that may
collide with turbine blades. In addition, wind turbines can disrupt the habitat and migration patterns of some species, which can lead to
unintended ecological consequences.

Milestones/Roadmap
To establish branches and
warehouses with the Dutch
brand in all of Europe and the
Middle East. To establish
technical support, spare parts
network and to train trained
personnel.
Installing on 50% of the
buildings in the
Netherlands.
Establishment of
warehouses and
offices. Introducing
ourselves to our
potential customers.
We could not cooperate with any
company in the energy sector. We
did not receive any investment. Our
marketing team will go specifically
to solar panels and talk about the
advantages of our wind turbines.
This process takes time. During this
time lebanon etc. We will finance
ourselves with the revenues we get
from countries. We are also in talks
with our contacts in Italy and
Latvia. We are planning to ship
products via Netherlands. Until the
sales of our wind turbines reach
the desired level.
Worst Case Scenario
Our marketing team also markets
our products. We have made
agreements with companies
named in the energy sector. This
will save us time rather than
money. Because we will be able to
add our products to the customer
portfolios of well-known
companies that are already doing
this job. We will be able to
intervene more quickly to the
problems that arise. In this way, we
expect 50% growth in the first year.
Realistic Case Scenario
Our marketing team is active. We
have made cooperation
agreements with companies in the
energy sector. And we got the
investments we wanted from the
investors. We will be able to enter
the market much faster. In our first
year, we will be able to establish
branches in countries other than
the Netherlands. Our product
marketing will be valid for the
whole of Europe.

Case Study/ Use Cases
Lebanon is a country that suffers from frequent and prolonged power
outages. There, we installed our wind turbines in 4 houses and 2
multi-storey buildings used as student dormitories. Although these
buildings had solar panels, they could not provide sufficient electricity
generation. And the wind turbines, which were in the same area as
these buildings and bought from China, were not spinning even
though there was enough wind.
After installing my wind turbines in buildings and integrated work with
solar panels, there was a 100% energy increase. Solar energy, which is
insufficient at night and in cloudy weather, has reached full efficiency
thanks to our wind turbines. There was no electricity problem in the
multi-storey and crowded student dormitories. The extra energy
stored in the houses was given to the city grid.

  • 16. Milesell B.V. 15 Risk Analysis Wind as a power source is intermittent. Wind speeds and directions can vary greatly from hour to hour and day to day, making it difficult to generate a constant flow of electricity on a continuous basis. The upfront costs of installing wind turbines can be significant, especially for larger turbines that can generate more power. This can make it difficult for small businesses or organizations with limited resources to invest in wind energy. Wind turbines require regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity, which can be time-consuming and costly. Wind energy can be subject to regulatory and policy uncertainties, especially at the local and regional level. Depending on the location of the building and the political climate, obtaining permits and navigating regulatory processes can be a significant hurdle for businesses looking to invest in wind energy The potential impact of wind turbines on local wildlife and ecosystems. They can pose a threat to some species of birds and bats that may collide with turbine blades. In addition, wind turbines can disrupt the habitat and migration patterns of some species, which can lead to unintended ecological consequences.

  • 23. We could not cooperate with any company in the energy sector. We did not receive any investment. Our marketing team will go specifically to solar panels and talk about the advantages of our wind turbines. This process takes time. During this time lebanon etc. We will finance ourselves with the revenues we get from countries. We are also in talks with our contacts in Italy and Latvia. We are planning to ship products via Netherlands. Until the sales of our wind turbines reach the desired level. Worst Case Scenario Our marketing team also markets our products. We have made agreements with companies named in the energy sector. This will save us time rather than money. Because we will be able to add our products to the customer portfolios of well-known companies that are already doing this job. We will be able to intervene more quickly to the problems that arise. In this way, we expect 50% growth in the first year. Realistic Case Scenario Our marketing team is active. We have made cooperation agreements with companies in the energy sector. And we got the investments we wanted from the investors. We will be able to enter the market much faster. In our first year, we will be able to establish branches in countries other than the Netherlands. Our product marketing will be valid for the whole of Europe. • 24. THE PRODUCT 100% A country in the sun %15 Building Using Solar Panel electricity generation Storing excess electricity Results 25% 25% Energy increase after integrating it into solar panels 100% Buildings using integrated wind turbines with solar panels Example Installation Lebanon Case Study/ Use Cases Lebanon is a country that suffers from frequent and prolonged power outages. There, we installed our wind turbines in 4 houses and 2 multi-storey buildings used as student dormitories. Although these buildings had solar panels, they could not provide sufficient electricity generation. And the wind turbines, which were in the same area as these buildings and bought from China, were not spinning even though there was enough wind. After installing my wind turbines in buildings and integrated work with solar panels, there was a 100% energy increase. Solar energy, which is insufficient at night and in cloudy weather, has reached full efficiency thanks to our wind turbines. There was no electricity problem in the multi-storey and crowded student dormitories. The extra energy stored in the houses was given to the city grid. Milesell B.V. 22
