• 5 days hiking the Portuguese Trail starting in Tui and
arriving in Santiago de Compostela.

2. PECULIARITIES ABOUT THE PORTUGUESE TRAIL
• The Portuguese Trail covers the area of
Galicia providing breathtaking views,
picturesque hamlets, cities, beaches and rivers.
• It is easily completed in six days and it’s the
most popular route after Santiago’s French
Trail.
•The stages of this Trail are around 20 km per
day which makes it ideal for everyone.

• You can learn Spanish with a professional teacher
while enjoying your holidays.
• 9 hours of practical Spanish communicative classes.
• Sightseeing with a Spanish guide leading the trail.

your Spanish when arriving in towns or hamlets.

4. DAYS AND STAGES: OUR ITINERARY
• First night in Tui where we will give everyone their
pilgrim’s credentials. We will introduce ourselves and
organize participants for the Trail.
• First hiking day: from Tui to Mos (about 23 km)
• Second day: Pontevedra (about 27 km)
•Third Day: Caldas de Reis (about 23 km).
•Fourth Day: Padrón (about 18,5km)
•Fifth Day: Arrival in Santiago de Compostela (about
25 km).
•Sixth Day: Grand tour in Santiago de Compostela.

5. HOW TO ARRIVE TO TUI?
The town of Tui is located in a privileged
location very close to the border with
Portugal.
Tui is easily connected from Santiago de
Compostela and Vigo airports (Spain), as
well as the Porto airport (Portugal).
You can easily find low cost flights.
Before buying your plane ticket, contact
us. We will inform you about the best
means of transport and its schedules to
arrive in Tui.
