George A. King, Chairman & Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding Orion Integrated Networks, Mr. King served as Vice Chairman & President of
Global Capacity, a publicly listed global network integrator and information services company doing
business in more than 150 countries, and co-headquartered in the US and UK. Mr. King was co-
founder, Vice Chairman and President of 20/20 Technologies, Inc. which merged with Global
Capacity in September 2006.
Mr. King has more than twenty-five years of experience in law, capital markets, finance and
telecommunications, including serving as a Director, Chief Development Officer and in several
President operating roles at Universal Access from 1997 to 2002 as the company moved from start-up
Eric Handa, Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
Eric Handa is a telecommunications executive with expertise in global management and international
leadership roles. With 15 years of ICT experience in a variety of organizations, Eric brings practical and
structured guidance, integrating technology with the tactical and strategic needs of enterprise and
wholesale firms. Eric started his career with AT&T and has worked with Tyco Telecommunications, Tata
Communications and Bharti Airtel in operations, research, and sales all in emerging markets in Asia,
Middle East and Europe. Eric has closed in excess of $400,000,000 in global bandwidth sales.
Eric has been quoted and featured in numerous publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Telecom
Asia, TelCap Magazine and is a frequent speaker and panelist within the ICT sector.

through its Goldman Sachs–led IPO and operated as a multi-billion NASDAQ-listed public company.

Ambassador Francis Lorenzo is the Alt. Ambassador of the Dominican Republic to the UN and focal point at the
Dominican Mission in charge of work and initiatives relating to the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), Information
and Communication Technology (ICT), South-South Cooperation, and Public-Private Partnership. Ambassador Lorenzo
is the Honorary President of South-South News, an initiative launched during the Sixteenth Session of the High Level
Committee on South-South Cooperation at the United Nations in New York to advance the implementation of the
Millennium Development Goals through the sharing of the best practices in the area of south-south and triangular
cooperation. The organization’s current focus is towards developing and delivering programs towards building capacity
in the field of e-governance, transfer of technology, renewable energy, food security, climate change, and sustainable
development Lorenzo is the Founder and Vice-Chair of the Public-Private Alliance Foundation.
Zachary Taylor
Zachary Taylor has served as Group Chairman and Managing Partner of Taylor Freres & Cie. since 1997, and
he has led his diversified family office to become a multi-national concern with businesses spanning the
commodities, asset management, and investment banking sectors. Principally to the firm's Americas market
focus, Mr. Taylor has headed up Taylor Freres Investment Banking & Capital Markets since the company
initiated its presence in the Americas in late 2006, with similar experience in the Asia and Europe Investment
Banking & Capital Markets units prior to that. In those capacities, Mr. Taylor has led all of the firm's advisory,
private equity, capital markets and real estate investment transactions, and spearheaded all of its client
advisory engagements.
