PROVIDERS
Poulome Nath
Poulome Nath has over 13 years of work experience in the field of
training and development. She has worked with corporate biggies
such as Convergys India Services, GECIS, and has been in consulting
and freelancing role ; and as a faculty in a management institute. She
is a certified trainer from IIM-AHMEDABAD. Having a diploma in
training and development from ISTD, she understands the nuances of
training. She has a MPM degree from University of Pune.
She is proficient in carrying out Training Needs Analysis, delivering
training and training effectiveness by Kirk Patrick’s model.
She has conducted ‘Train the trainer’ workshops in ‘Voice and Accent’
for various KPOs and BPOs. She has conducted various soft skills
programs for managers and senior managers.
She has experience in conducting training effectiveness programs
based on IBSTPI competencies. (International Board of Standards for
Training Performance Indicator). She also developed competencies
for recruitment and training based on LPRS (Language Proficiency
