2. BIRTH AND FAMILY
He was born on February 18, 1745, in the country of
Italy.
He had three children, Zanino Volta, Flaminio Volta,
Luigi Volta. In 1794, he married a lady of the aristocracy
named Teresa Peregrini.
Her mother was Donna Maddalena and her father
Filippo Volta.

3. CREATIONS
1800
In 1800 Alessandro
Volta invents the first
electrical battery.
Volta´s invention is
called the voltaic
columm. He created
it with a pile of diks
of copper and zink,
separate by cloth and
placed in a chemical
solution

4. EDUCATION
I study at the
University of Pavia,
at that university
there were 22,390
students.
It is located at
Corso Str. Nuova,
65, 27100 Pavia PV,
Italy.

5. PROFESSIONS
He worked as
an inventor,
physicist and
chemist.

6. DEATH
He died on March 5, 1827 in Camnago Volta,
Italy.
