My Solution to Immigration
Immigration has been an obvious problem in the United States of America for some time
now. Each year it seems to become even more apparent. There are things done to try to prevent
illegal immigrations, but not enough is being done.
There are people being shipped in boxes to the US. Since it is time consuming to check
every box coming in, only random ones are searched. This gives more opportunity for people to
get it. Leaders in America are always talking about the rate of unemployment. Why not create a
few more job opportunities by letting more people be there to check more incoming imports?
This would surely cut down on people coming in this way.
Also, one thing that is always needed for jobs and pretty much anything a person would
need in US is a social security card. These cards are very easily copied. It would not be hard to
recreate a social security card, which is what many illegal immigrants do. The cards need to be
made into a more intricate design. Our driver’s licenses are very detailed and nearly impossible
to make anything like it. That should be done with social security cards.
Lastly, the pay of many laboring businesses needs the pay to be watched. Many
companies are hiring these illegal immigrants because they will take any pay they can get. It is
obvious no American citizen is going to work for any pay less than minimum wage. If pay rolls
2. were maybe watched more closely, less immigrants would be working, and more could be sent
back to their home country.
