Educational Experience
The mobile showcase design copies
Forth’s downtown showcase blueprint and
will also facilitate test drives and education
about local micro mobility options in each
community.
The mobile showcase comes equipped
with Wi-Fi, 2 touch screens, and 3 iPad’s.
Visitors can view resources such as
Forth’s EV buyers guide and Plugshares
tools for finding public charging stations.
There is also dummy 2 level two charging
stations in the showcase so visitors can
get an idea of what to expect when
installing chargers at their homes.

Concept in action
Plug’n Drive is a organization in Canada
that promotions electric vehicles through
test drive events and through
appointments at their physical showcase
as well.
Plug’n Drive used a slightly different
design, but created their showcase to fulfil
the same mission as Forth. They were an
extremely helpful resource when we first
mapped out how this project would
operate.

wide and 20 feet long and designed to be efficiently
towed to preserve vehicle range and is set up with ADA
compliant doors and ramps.

  • #2 Digital divide may make some communities impossible to reach during covid-19. Understand that many communities are facing unprecedented challenges and that reaching out in a way that seems as if it is business as usual can be harmful Listen, assist and build trust. Even though some consumers may only be reachable through in person events, Forth still wants to air on the side of caution and has canceled in person events until 2021.
