The following describes the portfolio of the sixth module level English which
details everything about what they learned in the module which is built by tasks,
presentations; final project has helped us to apply what they learned during the
school year.

3.1 TASKS
TASK 1
Name: Elizabeth Benavides
Drug addiction is because family problems:
Adolescents living a crisis stage and trying to evade
the problems, seeking easy ways
social influences.- Also turn to drugs when there are
problems around. For example: Not being accepted by
friends or a condition for entry into certain group is ingesting drugs, be like
them, imitate them, believing they "travel" are the best, or worst, falling into
social influence. Addicts can make comments you want about the person who is
not willing to get into drugs, adolescents should be aware of themselves and
maintain their position to say NO.
 curiosity.- Sometimes young people with an unhealthy curiosity, by
observing that some teens her age mimic the act to try and feel the use
of any drug. Also some drugs such as inhalants, are easily accessible to
them, are authorized and sold at low cost at any supply, causing
consumer advantage.
 Emotional.- The problems usually result in adolescent depression, guilt,
low self-esteem, escape from reality, helplessness and arrogance, they
think they are the cause of the damage and then with the use of drugs
(including alcohol and snuff) believe escape difficulties, but not always
turn to drugs.
Global warming.- is given by the use of coal and oil
fuels as sources of energy in industry and transport.
Burning of forests and plant combustible materials as
wood, bagasse 500 million tons of carbon / year, for the
destruction of the Amazon. Livestock production and
waste decomposition.
Racism.- Causes such as skin color, the language
spoken by the amount of money one has and so on.
Because of these reasons that presents the
consequences are too many like it discriminates against
people who are color jobs by cutting large short position
were also higher education, people with lots of money
think they are better than others, today there are three
types of classes, the upper class, middle class and lower
class and differentiates it up to the place where you live for example in the city
of La Paz the south are the class high social, the middle and the middle class
areas, slopes or neighborhoods are the lower class. this is already a kind of
racism that is now.
You need to understand that racism is difficult to cut, but if you can reduce the
rate at which today is changing the mindset of teaching children that we are all
the same regardless of the difference in skin color or money pose.
Bulimia.- • Biological factors.- Several research studies have
associated with alterations in bulimia nervosa various brain
neurotransmitters (substances are messengers that neurons
use to communicate with each other) as norepinephrine,
serotonin and endorphins. Also described is a genetic
vulnerability.
• Psychological factors.- During adolescence patients with bulimia nervosa often
exhibit behavioral changes, so may be other problems with impulsivity (such as
problems with alcohol or other drugs) sexual disinhibition, irritability or emotional
lability high. Often these patients have a low self-esteem associated in fact,
bulimia nervosa occurs most often in people with depressive disorders. Also
occur more frequently various personality disorders, especially borderline
personality disorder.
• Social factors.- As occurs in anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa patients often
have strong academic performance. Equally important are the cultural and
social pressures around keeping a slim figure, although, as indicated, most
bulimic patients maintain a weight within normal limits. Also worth mentioning
that bulimic patients often perceive their parents as negligent and feel rejected
by them.
TASK 2

Write an essay about what do you think will happen to the earth in the
next 50 years
Introduction:
In the present work will find on how to make the earth in 50 years where we
know the events that occur within a long time, and q is the new technology
provide.
Development of the theme:
From the past we have helped people with land in 50 years hence will be given
the following factors:
The future of planet Earth will be determined by several factors, such as
increasing the brightness from the sun, loss of heat energy from the core of the
Earth, disturbances caused by other solar system bodies and biochemical
changes at the surface of the earth.
Will be increased solar radiation due to the accumulation of helium in the Sun's
core, which result in the loss of the oceans and the cessation of continental drift.
Technological innovations looming on the horizon of the next fifty years so
amend our lives today that only a global mindset change can assimilate.
Declares the 2005 BT Technology Timeline, technology foresight exercise
developed by experts from British Telecom, which anticipates the possible
technological innovations in fields as diverse as health, economy,
demographics, energy, robotics, space, telecommunications and transport.
The annual global production of carbon dioxide will have tripled, while 9 billion
people, three billion more than exist today live mostly in underdeveloped
countries will vie for the water on Earth, which will add problems around her and
conflicting provision. Food needs will amount to more than double, a serious
outlook for Africa, where food production is below the population growth.
The basic needs of people, in terms of housing, food and clothing could be
reasonably achieved. Life expectancy could reach 72 years in poor countries,
where today is 58 among the poor. The proportion of literate people could rise
to 95%.
Conclusions:
 Within a long time we have the best technology and machinery for
businesses evolutionary edge.
 If humans continue to damage the environment, the world in a long time
will have no water, no power therefore must begin to care for the
environment in which we live.

TASK 3
AUTONOMOUS WORK
Name: Elizabeth Benavides
IMAGINE THAT YOU WIN 2 MILLIONS DOLLAR IN THE LOTTERY. ¿WHAT
WOULD YOU DO WITH THE MONEY?
If I had won the lottery the first thing I would do is invest in a company
Recognized or buy a KFC franchise, the rest would invest in the construction of
a three-story house where I can live an apartment and lease the other two Also
I put my own production company recycled paper and if I buy it I reached to
cart.
Given that I have money left over would construct a chain of hostels on the
route where also spondylus spend on advertising to promote my hotels where
transport services, would be paying, lodging, entertainment, tours, and also
would have a comprehensive travel combo service restaurants and everything
about pool, Turkish sauna and so could get customer loyalty and apply what
they have learned in my career as a manager of my business and would be an
example from my workers.

SUICIDE TULCÁN
Today is occurring factors of suicide in the city of Tulcán for girls who feel alone;
with lack of compression of parents and the only way to turn it is death.
To begin the parental neglect causes suicides there in the Technological
Institute Tulcán hanged girls die as a result, it should have a talk with the
parents and daughters so they can guide you in these cases.
There is also a pact signed by 16 suicide girls promise to serve 30 days after
the first thus to investigate; analyze what is the common factor with these girls
to commit suicide.
Also on Friday we made a start to react to the girls who make up the group of
suicide, by which not only the college students paraded if not also, teachers,
parents and the community in general.
In conclusion we should encourage girls to say yes to life and death and to
know who is the person who is at the head of the group since its threats has
them in fear of whether suicide or if not kill them, in which we must take advice
or talk and self-esteem for these girls.
TASK 5
SELCT 8 OR 10 NEW WORDS FROM THE READINGS OF THE MODULE,
CONSIDER THOSE WHICH ARE IN BOLD. THEN WRITE A PARAGRAPH
OF 4 OR 5 LINES WITH EACH ONE OF THEM.

To begin talk of poverty is a situation or
way of life that arises from the
impossibility of access or lack of
resources to cope with the physical and basic human psychological and
wear that affects the level and quality of life people, such as food,
housing, education, health care or access to clean water. Besides
poverty factor is given by the lack of employment and therefore not
buying the basic food basket.
Racial discrimination is a factor given by the
different cultures and skin colors, and this
factor is that parents are engaged to teach
black children do not get along with whites that
blacks are slaves or because the mulatto
Indians, because the Indians take suck this and
several other factors produces racism and
social discrimination and scope of social status.
Developed countries. - Generally refers to a country
that has both a high standard of living very high human
development and industrial and commercial
development current or past. Those who have achieved
successful economic status through labor and the
exploitation of its natural and human resources, have a
high concentration of capital and technology and high
standard of living.

Feed. - Is food intake by agencies to provide for
their nutritional needs, particularly for energy and
development. Not to be confused with food
nutrition, since the latter occurs at the cellular level
and the first is the act of eating a meal. Nutrition
can be autotrophic or heterotrophic.
Environmental issues. - It is any action that
affects the environment. Location or
configuration of factors that threatens human
welfare or ecosystem integrity, and perceived as
such by the company or a part of it.
Vegetation. - The set of plants
that determine important aspects
of nature landscape. It is used to
name the group of plants that exist
in a given geographical area. It
may be due to the flora of the land
(indigenous vegetation) or imported species.
Deforestation is a process
usually caused by human action,
in which the surface is destroyed
forestal.2 3 is caused directly by
the action of man over nature,
mainly due to logging or fires
burning for industry wood and to
obtain land for agriculture,
mining and ranching.
War is the form of socio-political
conflict between two or more
large groups of people. It is
perhaps one of the oldest in all
international relations, but it
becomes a phenomenon of early
civilizations. Confrontation is
organized human groups,
armed, in order to control natural
or human resources, or disarmament, presentation and, if necessary,
destruction of the enemy, and are produced by multiple causes, among
which are usually maintaining or changing power relations, resolve
economic disputes and / or territorial.

YOU HAVE TO THINK OF A PARTICULAR SITUATION WHEN YOU HAVE
TO USE THE CORRESPOPNDING MODAL IN CONTEXT ACCORDING TO
THE TOPIC WE STUDIED IN CLASS
When we started in the avid to grow will come many things like being a student
is where we are with too many duties and obligations which each study day and
say we did the homework, and we answer thus not tell us walk homework. The
teacher tells us when it first started classes should study and All students must
bring a pencil to class.
In addition we grow and we said our mother walks the dishes is an order or tell
us accompanies your brother, so we are good brothers amios and confident in
what we tell all and that's when you say I must not tell us anyone the secret con
you. Spend a little more time and we met some friends and give advice is when
one of them we say You have to work to live
TASK 7
Some people say that countries should legalize the marijuana or cocaine.
¿What do you think?
PROS CONS
I think that marijuana and cocaine
should be legalized in order to
make a front neutralize drug
trafficking and multiple
consequences of this phenomenon.
Marijuana produces disrupt the proper
functioning of the brain.
The legalization of marijuana would
come good because it is a
medicinal plant that can cure
various diseases.
Marijuana causes memory loss short
and long days after ingestion, though
much of those memories are lost for a
time, they recover soon after, though
not entirely, marijuana causes
blackouts
The use of marijuana is healthier
than snuff, and alcohol
consumption.
Marijuana can cause increased heart
rate, which can increase the risk of
heart attack or stroke in certain people
Today there is much talk of legalizing marijuana so then we will see the
advantages and disadvantages of this plant is not only for medicinal part if not
for the beauty of the people.
The advantages of the marijuana are: First marijuana and cocaine should be
legalized in order to make a front neutralize drug trafficking and multiple
consequences of this phenomenon. Secondly the legalization of marijuana
would come good because it is a medicinal plant that can cure various
diseases. Finally the use of marijuana is healthier than the consumption of snuff
and alcohol.
However the disadvantages on marijuana are: To begin marijuana produces
disrupt the proper functioning of the brain. Moreover marijuana causes memory
loss short and long days after ingestion, though much of those memories are
lost for a time, they recover soon after, though not entirely, marijuana causes
blackouts. Marijuana also can cause increased heart rate, which can increase
the risk of heart attack or stroke in certain people
In conclusion marijuana has more advantages as a medicinal plant for which
legalization would be good as long as the Use for curing diseases.

Biography of John Paul II
Polish priest, named Karol Wojtyla, elected pope in October 1978 while holding
the office of cardinal-archbishop of Krakow, was the first non-Italian pope in
more than four centuries.
From his first encyclical, Redemptoris hominis (1979), and Dives in Misericordia
(1980), praised the role of the Church as a teacher of men and emphasized the
need for a strong faith, rooted in traditional theological heritage, and solid moral,
without diminishing Christian openness to the world of the twentieth century.
Also continued to maintain contacts with numerous religious and political
leaders, always emphasizing its socially conservative character and its
resistance to the modernization of the ecclesiastical institution.
The pontificate of John Paul II has not been without controversy. Its traditional
spirit has led him to hold some approaches characteristic of conservative
Catholicism, especially with regard to the prohibition of abortion and
contraception, divorce condemnation and denial that women join the priesthood.
Pope John Paul II I like his charisma with The people have had, I was a humble
and be friends of the poor and the needy. It was one of the best popes who had
no idea what the world

WORK IN GROUPS OF 2 OR 3. GATHER MORE INFORMATION ABOUT
NANOTECHNOLOGY. PRESENT IT TO THE CLASS. THE WEB LINK IS IN
THE ENGLISH BLOG. ( THE BLOG IS IN BLOCK ZERO )
The word "nanotechnology" is used extensively to define the science and
techniques that apply to the nanoscale level, this is extremely small measures
"nano" for working and manipulating atoms and their molecular structures.
Briefly take us to the possibility of manufacturing materials and machines from
the rearrangement of atoms and molecules. The development of this discipline
comes from Richard Feynman proposed.
: Nanotechnology is the study, design, creation, synthesis, manipulation and
application of materials, devices and functional systems through control of
matter at the nanoscale, and exploitation of phenomena and properties of
matter at the nanoscale.
When handling the matter so minuscule scale of atoms and molecules, shows
completely new phenomena and properties. Thus, scientists use
nanotechnology to create materials, devices and innovative and inexpensive
systems with unique properties
We are interested, rather than its concept, which is potentially within the body of
research and current applications whose purpose is to create new structures
and products that would have a major impact on the industry, medicine
(nanomedicine), etc. ..
This new structures with atomic precision such as carbon nanotubes, or small
instruments inside the human body can usher in a new era, as noted Charles
Vest (former president of MIT). Nanotechnology advances would star in this
way the knowledge society with many developments with a major impact on
your business and social instruments.
Nanoscience is linked largely from the 80s with Drexler and his contributions to
the "molecular nanotechnology", ie the construction of nanomachines made of
atoms and that are able to build other molecular components themselves. Since
then Eric Drexler (Personal webpage), is considered one of the greatest
visionaries on this topic. Already in 1986, in his book "Engines of creation"
introduced the promises and perils of molecular manipulation. Currently chairs
the Foresight Institute.
The father of "nanoscience" is considered Richard Feynman, Nobel Laureate in
Physics, who in 1959 proposed to manufacture products based on a
rearrangement of atoms and molecules. In 1959, the great physicist wrote an
article analyzing how computers work with individual atoms could consume very
little energy and get amazing speeds.
There is a large consensus that nanotechnology will lead to a second industrial
revolution in the XXI century as announced a few years ago, Charles Vest
(former president of MIT).
Involve numerous advances in many industries and new materials with
extraordinary properties (develop stronger materials than steel but with only ten
percent weight), new applications with incredibly fast components or molecular
sensors that can detect and destroy cancer cells in the dedlicadas parts of the
human body such as the brain, among many other applications.
We can say that much progress in nanoscience will be among the great
technological advances that will change
the world.

5. PERSONALRESOURCES.
My routine
Hello I'm Elizabeth I'm going to say which is my routine: morning always
get up at 7:30 in the morning. The first thing I do is going to make
breakfast for my daughter, then get up and leave, gradually change
where my mother, because I have to go to college.
Receipt schedule classes at 9: 30 am to 3:00 p.m..
Later in the afternoon I go to college and I'm going to bring my daughter
where my mother.
At night we go home for dinner and warm there along with my ñiña snack
and so just one more day routine.
That is disparaging the art for me?
Art for me is a feeling that is expressed in different ways in which we can
express painting, doing graffiti, writing poems I have here the importance
of knowing how to identify with people who are dedicated to the art such
as Leonardo Da 'Vinci who is a painter who has awakened in me a taste
for art and that knowing what is hidden in his painting and so we can see
who has the paint expression.
Therefore I like the movie the code Da 'Vinci because it reveals deepest
secrets of this famous artist.
What could change the world?
After thinking for a period of hours I began to imagine that Ecuador would
be if my country was a world power, so I decided to put into practice what
they have learned during my student career it is to create a company that
not only generate income income for myself but for many families is jobs
and so to create a company which develops quality technology efficiently
and effectively. However, we all need to cooperate in a way that is true
we are the developers of new dreams because export oil derivatives and
then buy if we are able to make this transformation as nothing is
impossible if you intend to go after 7 years do one of the developed
countries worldwide.
TRUE HEROES
This is a very famous in my country and engaged aa doubt poor people,
for my part I think it's one of the best television programs that Ecuador
has since only the help to lend to poor people of our country are helping
to change the future of the same.
Therefore I think that through this contribution not only changes the lives
of these characters if not also that of the entire Ecuador because this
contributing to there lowest percentage of begging and poverty.
The assistance it provides and know what they suffer beating in a great
effort but in turn is a great teaching you have to appreciate what we have
as some have it and others do not therefore the message is that you
have to know how to manage well things that others would have because
what you have.
VISITING TOURIST SPOTS IN THE PROVINCE-ECUADOR CARCHI
I recommend you visit my province since you will find lots and lots of
surprise that offers Carchi province.
Below I'll give you to know the places to visit:
El Angel Ecological Reserve
Main article: El Angel Ecological Reserve.
It is an area declared National Ecological Conservation Reserve since
1986. Located 20 km southwest of the city of Tulcán with an area of
16,000 ha, has the characteristic flora of the Andean highlands and
animal species among which highlights the Andean condor is sometimes
possible to spot it in the skies. There elevations above 3,500 meters in
height, such as the Bare Hill, Black Hill, Mirador, the Chinchinal and
Chiltazon latter recently explored and in which there are important
archaeological remains. Also there are several gaps and there ensue the
main sources of water supply to major towns in the province of Carchi.
In southern Western Reserve buffer is located Polylepis forest which is
described as hierarchical primary-millennial, located at 3300 m altitude.
Here there is an inn, which has a trout farm and specialized local guides
that guide and accompany tourists.
Chiles Volcano
Main article: Volcano Chiles.
Young volcano still considered active, with a height of 4,723 meters is
the highest peak in the province of Carchi and is considered natural
landmark of the Colombian-Ecuadorian because of its perpetual snows
born San Juan River to the West and the Carchi the east, rivers that
demarcate political boundaries between these two countries. From
Tulcán Tufiño access, town settled on the flanks of the volcano, through
a paved road of about 18 km, from there continue about 7 km gravel road
that leads to a shelter, from where the climbers expeditions ranging
looking for the top. On a clear day it is easy to see from its summit to
other surrounding volcanoes such is the case of The Cumbal located a
few miles north, and in Colombia and considerate older brother Chiles,
also are easily spotted the peaks of Cotacachi, Imbabura , Cayambe,
Pichincha and Antisana. Tufiño Around and on the slopes of the volcano,
you can see the straw, rose urco, frailejones and other plant and animal
species typical of moorland
Tufiño baths
To develop health tourism, taking advantage of the hot springs and sulfur
produced by the volcano Chiles, on the western flanks of the volcano to 5
km of Tufiño, has installed a resort known as "The Water Hediondas"
name smell emanating from the waters sulfur; their pools have
temperatures ranging from 59 ° C (at the output of the source) to 40 ° C
(water temperature desfogada). Inside the spa's facilities for tourists and
has built a self-guided trail around it where nature lovers can hike and
observe nature.
Green Lagoons
Main article: Green Lagoons.
A 3 km southwest of the cone of the volcano Chiles is located the
complex of Green Lakes, lake set composed of 7 mirrors turquoise water
due to the presence of sulfur, the result of the union of internal springs
and streams that arise from mother earth at 3900 meters above sea level
to the largest of which is called "Styx" and is also known as "Goddess".
In these natural reservoirs can go fishing for trout, fish abound in these
waters and in the early hours of the morning there are small flocks of wild
ducks.
Grotto of La Paz
Main article: Cave of La Paz.
A 45 km south of the Panamerican Highway Tulcán you reach the town
of La Paz, hence taking a detour to the west which runs along a narrow
path of 4 km notable edge of cliffs up to 300 meters of vertical drop, the
bottom of which the river winding Apaquí found, which in its ancient
mountain drill through it achieved an impressive cave forming inside,
inside which was installed a shrine in honor of Our Lady of La Paz,
carchenses spiritual patron, so it is visited by tourists from the town or
southern Colombia who come in large pilgrimages to the July 9, the day
of his festival.
This place has been declared a National Shrine in 1975 and its vicinity
found several plaques of appreciation of the faithful who have received
miracles of the Virgin, as well as crutches or wheelchairs who cured their
ailments with faith in this Marian devotion. The sculpture of the Virgin
was carved by sculptor Daniel Reyes ibarreño in 1916, who was inspired
by Notre Dame de Paris as a prayer for a ceasefire in the First World
War.
In the grotto find stalactites and stalagmites, which are formed by the
high concentration of limestone and water filtration. It is also easy to
observe bats that seem to fly the deafening rhythm of the river.
About the cave there is a convent of the Poor Clares, cloistered nuns.
Here you have a place of tourist information and allowing the sisters help
financially by selling religious souvenirs and souvenirs. Next to the
monastery but found a small hotel, a restaurant, traditional food stalls,
parking and restrooms available for free to visitors, also very close to the
cave and the river there is a source of thermal water, which has been
harnessed to power a pool for recreation and amusement of the
travelers.
Bioanthropology Book Awa
Located to the northwest, 145 km of Tulcán. To get to this site, the
adventure lovers must undertake a two-day hike through subtropical
forest. Awa Ethnic Reserve is shared by the provinces of Esmeraldas
and Carchi and has an area of 101,000 warm humid climate has an
average temperature of 24 ° C, is inhabited by the Awa, Aborigines that
still maintain their cultural traditions.
Northwest Valleys
Descending to the west of Chiles, next to the river San Juan, the horizon
gradually begins to expand, the moors are disappearing and are giving
way to new evergreen vegetation is looming from a winding path, which
at every turn will resulting viewpoints improvised us a little-known facet of
this province: the subtropics.
After greeting the passing small hamlets of smallholders and three hours
of Tulcan Maldonado is the oldest town, located along the river and
enjoying the spring weather, the surrounding area, parks and in the yards
of the houses is common find orange trees, banana trees, guava and
other earth friendly products, an hour's drive towards the coast Chical
find tucked between mountains and tropical vegetation. In the rapids and
rivers you can go rafting.
Private Biological Reserve Guanderas
Biological conservation area of about 1000 ha, 60% is wasteland and
40% primary forest. Guandera Tree (Clusia-flaviflora) has its
development in this field station and reaches a height of 30 m. This
reserve is owned Jatún Sacha Foundation and is located in the western
brow of the Central Cordillera of the Andes about 35 km south of the city
of Tulcán. Its main access is through the Pan-American highway and
then take a path of second order internal us moist montane forests that
are home to 140 species of endemic birds and others that have been
discovered on the site as the toucan colors and other animal species as
the spectacled bear, endangered species. In the vicinity of the station
have been installed botanical gardens and greenhouses.
This reserve attend dozens of foreign tourists, who are drawn by the
Foundation to remain in it for spaces from 15 days to two months, during
which time they develop community work and agricultural labor.
Forest of Myrtles
Located 4 miles west of San Gabriel. It is an ancient forest that was
predominant in the province but due to the indiscriminate felling of
peasants who became his wood into charcoal, this forest has been cut
down to just 10 extension has and is unique in Ecuador and along with
the other in the Argentina unique in the world. The tourist will go inside
through a self-guided trail beneath thick leaves that filter sunlight very
effectively, but to get to the center of the forest found a nearly circular
clearing known as "The Cathedral", named in view in antiquity, the
grasses, native of this region held on site ceremonies and rituals in honor

For example: Not being accepted by friends or a condition for entry into certain group is ingesting drugs, be like them, imitate them, believing they "travel" are the best, or worst, falling into social influence. Addicts can make comments you want about the person who is not willing to get into drugs, adolescents should be aware of themselves and maintain their position to say NO.  curiosity.- Sometimes young people with an unhealthy curiosity, by observing that some teens her age mimic the act to try and feel the use of any drug. Also some drugs such as inhalants, are easily accessible to them, are authorized and sold at low cost at any supply, causing consumer advantage.  Emotional.- The problems usually result in adolescent depression, guilt, low self-esteem, escape from reality, helplessness and arrogance, they think they are the cause of the damage and then with the use of drugs (including alcohol and snuff) believe escape difficulties, but not always turn to drugs. Global warming.- is given by the use of coal and oil fuels as sources of energy in industry and transport. Burning of forests and plant combustible materials as wood, bagasse 500 million tons of carbon / year, for the destruction of the Amazon. Livestock production and waste decomposition.

Because of these reasons that presents the consequences are too many like it discriminates against people who are color jobs by cutting large short position were also higher education, people with lots of money think they are better than others, today there are three types of classes, the upper class, middle class and lower class and differentiates it up to the place where you live for example in the city of La Paz the south are the class high social, the middle and the middle class areas, slopes or neighborhoods are the lower class. this is already a kind of racism that is now. You need to understand that racism is difficult to cut, but if you can reduce the rate at which today is changing the mindset of teaching children that we are all the same regardless of the difference in skin color or money pose. Bulimia.- • Biological factors.- Several research studies have associated with alterations in bulimia nervosa various brain neurotransmitters (substances are messengers that neurons use to communicate with each other) as norepinephrine, serotonin and endorphins. Also described is a genetic vulnerability. • Psychological factors.- During adolescence patients with bulimia nervosa often exhibit behavioral changes, so may be other problems with impulsivity (such as problems with alcohol or other drugs) sexual disinhibition, irritability or emotional lability high. Often these patients have a low self-esteem associated in fact, bulimia nervosa occurs most often in people with depressive disorders. Also occur more frequently various personality disorders, especially borderline personality disorder. • Social factors.- As occurs in anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa patients often have strong academic performance. • 10. TASK 7 Some people say that countries should legalize the marijuana or cocaine. ¿What do you think? PROS CONS I think that marijuana and cocaine should be legalized in order to make a front neutralize drug trafficking and multiple consequences of this phenomenon. Marijuana produces disrupt the proper functioning of the brain. The legalization of marijuana would come good because it is a medicinal plant that can cure various diseases. Marijuana causes memory loss short and long days after ingestion, though much of those memories are lost for a time, they recover soon after, though not entirely, marijuana causes blackouts The use of marijuana is healthier than snuff, and alcohol consumption. Marijuana can cause increased heart rate, which can increase the risk of heart attack or stroke in certain people Today there is much talk of legalizing marijuana so then we will see the advantages and disadvantages of this plant is not only for medicinal part if not for the beauty of the people. The advantages of the marijuana are: First marijuana and cocaine should be legalized in order to make a front neutralize drug trafficking and multiple consequences of this phenomenon. Secondly the legalization of marijuana would come good because it is a medicinal plant that can cure various diseases. Finally the use of marijuana is healthier than the consumption of snuff and alcohol. However the disadvantages on marijuana are: To begin marijuana produces disrupt the proper functioning of the brain. Moreover marijuana causes memory loss short and long days after ingestion, though much of those memories are lost for a time, they recover soon after, though not entirely, marijuana causes blackouts. Marijuana also can cause increased heart rate, which can increase the risk of heart attack or stroke in certain people In conclusion marijuana has more advantages as a medicinal plant for which legalization would be good as long as the Use for curing diseases.

TASK 10 Biography of John Paul II Polish priest, named Karol Wojtyla, elected pope in October 1978 while holding the office of cardinal-archbishop of Krakow, was the first non-Italian pope in more than four centuries. From his first encyclical, Redemptoris hominis (1979), and Dives in Misericordia (1980), praised the role of the Church as a teacher of men and emphasized the need for a strong faith, rooted in traditional theological heritage, and solid moral, without diminishing Christian openness to the world of the twentieth century. Also continued to maintain contacts with numerous religious and political leaders, always emphasizing its socially conservative character and its resistance to the modernization of the ecclesiastical institution. The pontificate of John Paul II has not been without controversy. Its traditional spirit has led him to hold some approaches characteristic of conservative Catholicism, especially with regard to the prohibition of abortion and contraception, divorce condemnation and denial that women join the priesthood. Pope John Paul II I like his charisma with The people have had, I was a humble and be friends of the poor and the needy. EXPOSITIONS MEMBERS:  Elizabeth Benavides  Silvia Estrada  Johanna Palma WORK IN GROUPS OF 2 OR 3. GATHER MORE INFORMATION ABOUT NANOTECHNOLOGY. PRESENT IT TO THE CLASS. THE WEB LINK IS IN THE ENGLISH BLOG. ( THE BLOG IS IN BLOCK ZERO ) The word "nanotechnology" is used extensively to define the science and techniques that apply to the nanoscale level, this is extremely small measures "nano" for working and manipulating atoms and their molecular structures. Briefly take us to the possibility of manufacturing materials and machines from the rearrangement of atoms and molecules. The development of this discipline comes from Richard Feynman proposed. : Nanotechnology is the study, design, creation, synthesis, manipulation and application of materials, devices and functional systems through control of matter at the nanoscale, and exploitation of phenomena and properties of matter at the nanoscale.
  • 15. When handling the matter so minuscule scale of atoms and molecules, shows completely new phenomena and properties. Thus, scientists use nanotechnology to create materials, devices and innovative and inexpensive systems with unique properties We are interested, rather than its concept, which is potentially within the body of research and current applications whose purpose is to create new structures and products that would have a major impact on the industry, medicine (nanomedicine), etc. .. This new structures with atomic precision such as carbon nanotubes, or small instruments inside the human body can usher in a new era, as noted Charles Vest (former president of MIT). Nanotechnology advances would star in this way the knowledge society with many developments with a major impact on your business and social instruments. Nanoscience is linked largely from the 80s with Drexler and his contributions to the "molecular nanotechnology", ie the construction of nanomachines made of atoms and that are able to build other molecular components themselves. Since then Eric Drexler (Personal webpage), is considered one of the greatest visionaries on this topic. Already in 1986, in his book "Engines of creation" introduced the promises and perils of molecular manipulation. Currently chairs the Foresight Institute. The father of "nanoscience" is considered Richard Feynman, Nobel Laureate in Physics, who in 1959 proposed to manufacture products based on a rearrangement of atoms and molecules. In 1959, the great physicist wrote an article analyzing how computers work with individual atoms could consume very little energy and get amazing speeds. There is a large consensus that nanotechnology will lead to a second industrial revolution in the XXI century as announced a few years ago, Charles Vest (former president of MIT). Involve numerous advances in many industries and new materials with extraordinary properties (develop stronger materials than steel but with only ten percent weight), new applications with incredibly fast components or molecular sensors that can detect and destroy cancer cells in the dedlicadas parts of the human body such as the brain, among many other applications. We can say that much progress in nanoscience will be among the great technological advances that will change the world.
  • 18. 5. PERSONALRESOURCES. My routine Hello I'm Elizabeth I'm going to say which is my routine: morning always get up at 7:30 in the morning. The first thing I do is going to make breakfast for my daughter, then get up and leave, gradually change where my mother, because I have to go to college. Receipt schedule classes at 9: 30 am to 3:00 p.m.. Later in the afternoon I go to college and I'm going to bring my daughter where my mother. At night we go home for dinner and warm there along with my ñiña snack and so just one more day routine. That is disparaging the art for me? Art for me is a feeling that is expressed in different ways in which we can express painting, doing graffiti, writing poems I have here the importance of knowing how to identify with people who are dedicated to the art such as Leonardo Da 'Vinci who is a painter who has awakened in me a taste for art and that knowing what is hidden in his painting and so we can see who has the paint expression. Therefore I like the movie the code Da 'Vinci because it reveals deepest secrets of this famous artist. What could change the world? After thinking for a period of hours I began to imagine that Ecuador would be if my country was a world power, so I decided to put into practice what they have learned during my student career it is to create a company that not only generate income income for myself but for many families is jobs and so to create a company which develops quality technology efficiently and effectively. However, we all need to cooperate in a way that is true we are the developers of new dreams because export oil derivatives and then buy if we are able to make this transformation as nothing is impossible if you intend to go after 7 years do one of the developed countries worldwide.
