2. Problem/Rational
Often feel sick, especially at end of week.
Feel better during the weekend
Often going to sleep at midnight and waking up by
6am.
Used to strictly monitor sleep, felt better then.
Other contributing issues too much to fix quickly.
3. Solutions Tested
Made a chart to check off each day that I slept at least
7 hours.
Desire to meet goals, seriously bothered if can’t
No strong desire for other rewards
Ice cream
Monitor time closely, start getting ready for bed earlier.
Accidentally working on other contributing factors:
eating, vitamins, etc.
4. Results
Subjective: Feelings better
Felt strong need to be able to check off box.
One day couldn’t, sad face instead (still needed to fill box)
Got it closer to 7 hours
Can’t sleep at 9:00 pm
Weekends difficult to control.
Overall, made me want to be healthier
5. Conclusions
Strong connection between eating/sleeping/vitamins
and overall health.
