13. CASO CLINICO- HISTORIA CLINICA
La paciente pasa a la Uci donde a los 2 días
por control de Hb presenta 9,5gr/dl y refiere
cansancio por lo que se decide la transfusión
de 02 paquetes globulares. Durante la
transfusión de 50 ml del primer paquete
globular la paciente refiere escalofríos, dolor
en la zona de la vía periférica, sensación de
falta de aire y el personal de enfermería
alertado, suspende la transfusión y controla
signos vitales encontrando PA 100/50
mmHg, T° de 38 °C,FC 100 x min por lo que
llama de inmediato al médico de emergencia
para evaluación de la paciente.

ng/dl)
• Test de Coombs directo positivo
• Bilirrubina indirecta 3 mg/dl.
