3. This is the Administrator Control Panel

4. There are lots of options that look
scary but it’s ok.

5. We use only 2 principal items

6. They are both located under
‘Components’

7. Hover your mouse over ‘Components’

8. The 2 Components we use are:

9. Community Builder for User Accounts

10. And Kunena Forum for the Forum

11. To add a new User:

12. Click on ‘Community Builder’ then
‘User Management’

13. You should see CB User Manager

14. Click on New

15. This is the Create New User screen

16. Here are the Save & Cancel buttons

17. Here are the 3 data tabs: Portrait,
Projects, and Contact Info

19. Portrait: You can upload a photo
(or let them do it)

20. Projects: You can select their
Task Forces
(or let them do it)

21. Contact info:
You can add their info

22. You must enter data in the
4 blue boxes

23. The server checks e-mails &
usernames automatically

24. It’s ok for the email address to be
uncheckable

25. Moving on…

26. Use password as the Password &
Verify Password entries

27. Complete the ‘Hospital’ and ‘Academic
Institution’ fields

28. Everything else is automated

29. Click Save

30. You should have a Success sign

31. The server automatically e-mails the
new account information

32. By the way, you can e-mail everyone
all at once using Mass Mail
