part should answer why the project is important to the
business and if it is addressing Short/Medium or long term
challenges/Objectives.

 Indicators , please indicate how these
 indicators were recognized.

This part should answer why the project is important to the business and if it is addressing Short/Medium or long term challenges/Objectives. 3
  • 4. Project Charter B.The Problem Statement: The description of the issue the way the team stated it in the project. C.Process mapping and how it was done. D.Identify Critical to Quality and to Process Indicators , please indicate how these indicators were recognized. 4
  • 5. Project Charter E.The Goal Statement. Description of the set objective. F.The teams involved: Please indicate team and Organizational roles. G.Stakeholders model: Describe the relations and interests. H. The project timelines. Need to describe original set time limits for the various parts of the project vs actual completion dates. I.
