Current Assignment:
 Project & Program Management Practice head. The responsibilities include Growing Project Service
Business, Ensuring Maintenance of Margins, Defining and implementing processes Governance, Demand &
Supply Management, grooming & developing internal talent, Reviewing Projects & Programs and contributing to
Business Pursuit & Client Presentations. The PPM tower consists of over 600 professional PMs and manage over
1200 global Infrastructure Projects. These projects include Transition, Transformational, Non-Standard Service
Requests and Operational Projects.
Previous Assignments:
 As an Account Delivery manager, provided IT Infrastructure services under Managed Services Contract to
Global Pharma Clients, where the Contract value ranged from 30 to 50 Million Dollars per Annum. The services
included support, for their data centers, Network, Middleware, Batch and Monitoring Services. For one of the
Pharma Client, the responsibility also included setting up the entire IT infrastructure and also separating their
network from their parent organization.
 Planned & managed multiple Data Center Consolidation Programs for Global Pharma & FMCG Clients with
minimal cost and time variances.
 Established a large IT Application Support delivery organization, consisting of several hundreds of people
and transitioned over 200 Applications for a global manufacturing organization. This was followed by a highly
complex and strategic Application transformation program for increasing operational efficiency and reducing
operational cost by over 50%.
 Based on Gartner recommendation, Program managed an Application Modernization Project, and migrated
150+ Sybase based global applications to MS-SQL, over a 3 year period for a Global Chemical Manufacturing
Client.
 Designed & Integrated several standalone commercial systems, to create a MIS to track Project cost and any
deviations from its baseline. This Management Information System was created for Larsen & Toubro’s
Construction group and it helped them to track its construction project progress almost on real-time basis.
 Partnered with senior managers in creating and executing several strategic initiatives for Organization
leadership development.
 Initiated and executed several Training Programs including PMI certifications in India, US and China.
