Early recognition of
employees creates an impact
Programs that promote recognition of employees are very
important in every workplace.
However, if companies don’t know how to apply employee
recognition programs, they could fail from maintaining their
employee’s engagement.
Companies could spend more from replacing employees than
they could if they offer employee compensations. So, here’s

• Come up with mentorship programs

newly hired employees to a mentor. This would be a great

• Promote a collaborative working environment
Promoting a collaborative working environment isn’t only cost-
efficient but a practical way to provide an early recognition.
In this manner, business owners and managers will not be
the only one providing their feedbacks to employees. They
will be creating an environment which provides continuous
and constructive criticism or feedback for each employee.
• Establish “gamification” to the workplace
“Gamification” or incentive ideas involve friendly competitions
and games to their workplace. Based on Vicente E Garcia, a
friendly competition in any workplace can encourage them
to be recognized according to their achievements. This also
enhances the visibility of their visibility to employees.
Gamification is not only proven and tested for businesses but

developed a mindset where they seek to be rewarded and

environment.
