1. I love Training!Of all the positionsIhave beenfortunate toholdduringmycareer,traininghasbeenthe
mostsatisfyingandchallenging.Iknowthatmanybelieve thatif youcando a "job"you can train
someone else toaccomplishitbyimitation.All youare doingisreplicatingafunctionnota WOW
employee.Trainingshouldbe partfunctional andpartsoftskill butitshouldalsobe a fertile groundfor
raisingupemployeeswhounderstandandrevelinthe goalsandculture of the organization.
In my current positionasLeadHealthcare Trainer,Itrain inHealthcare Campaigns,butinother
Campaignsaswell.There isa difference inthe jobfunctionsbutneverinthe developmentof the
traineesintheirexpectationsandpride inworkingforanexceptional companynomatterwhatlevel
theyare performing.Thisabilityisthe signof agreat trainerovera one that justimpartsknowledge.
I trainedformany yearsbefore IreceivedmycertificationforTrainingandHumanDevelopment.I
recognizedhow muchIdidn'tknowabout trainingalthoughneitherInormy clientseverfeltIwasnot
achievingtheirgoals.Trainingdoesnothave tobe boring,sometimestrainingisn'teventhe answer,but
whenitis andit isdone correctlyyouwill receive more than afunctional employee,youwill receive one
that isanxioustoprove hisor her worthto the Company!
