Here we find the approximate value of √2. 
We have seen that √2=1.4, 1.41, 1.4142.. 
The value of √2 is corrected to three 
decimal places is 1.414 
Then value of √2 corrected to five decimal 
place is 1.41421

What are its characteristics? Through this idea teacher introduces the topic Here we find the approximate value of √2. We have seen that √2=1.4, 1.41, 1.4142.. The value of √2 is corrected to three decimal places is 1.414 Then value of √2 corrected to five decimal place is 1.41421 Pupil will respond Pupil will listen
