 The leadership team of every good company has a 
great ambition for the company 
 The ambition is not one of personal greed; it’s about 
building a company that delivers on its promise and 
does it with a unique quality.
HIRE PROFESSIONALS 
 The most important professionals you'll need at the 
beginning are a lawyer and an accountant 
 The lawyer can help you to decide if you want to be a 
corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, or some 
other type of company. He can also help you register 
your business and get any licenses and permits you will 
need, and can advise you about patenting your idea or 
protecting your intellectual property. 
 A good accountant can help you make your company’s 
account properly.
BUSINESS PLAN 
 There should have a good business plan for every 
organization. 
 The plan should be one that sketches out how you 
will proceed toward your goal and an estimate of how 
much money you'll need to get there.

What will your equipment costs be?

INTRODUCTION  A company always wants to exist in the market for a longer period of time.  For that they must foresee where should they have to reach and should make a clear cut idea about how to reach.  The factors that affect a company are :  Ambition  Hire professionals  Business plan
  • 4.  Good record keeping system  Customer service  Decision making  Team work  Employees
  • 5. AMBITION  The leadership team of every good company has a great ambition for the company  The ambition is not one of personal greed; it’s about building a company that delivers on its promise and does it with a unique quality.
  • 6. HIRE PROFESSIONALS  The most important professionals you'll need at the beginning are a lawyer and an accountant  The lawyer can help you to decide if you want to be a corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, or some other type of company. He can also help you register your business and get any licenses and permits you will need, and can advise you about patenting your idea or protecting your intellectual property.  A good accountant can help you make your company’s account properly.

BUSINESS PLAN  There should have a good business plan for every organization.  The plan should be one that sketches out how you will proceed toward your goal and an estimate of how much money you'll need to get there.  The plan should also include: What will your equipment costs be? Will you be hiring employees? How about renting office space?
  • 8. SET UP A GOOD RECORD-KEEPING SYSTEM  A good accountant can advise you on the best record-keeping software for your business  He can help you set up a system for keeping track of payables, receivables, sales tax, payroll, employee benefit plans etc.
  • 9. EMPLOYEES  Employees are the great asset of the company.  Good employees definitely contribute to a successful business.  Hiring good employees is important in any business.  Business owners must treat their employees as human beings and not as robots.  They must take into consideration their ideas and suggestions and treat them with respect.  Your firm’s success at hiring and retaining good employees mainly depends on the environment available for spurring growth.
  • 10. CUSTOMER SERVICE  Good customer service is an integral part of any successful business.  Whether your customers are ordinary consumers or mega-corporations, treating them with respect and care is one of the best ways to strengthen your company’s reputation and boost your bottom line.
  • 11. Knowing That Good Decisions Can Come from Anywhere  As some companies get bigger, they tend to limit employee freedom  The employee participation in decision making is very less and their impact on the business is drowned out  Employees go to work, do what they’re told, and just help someone else achieve their dream  But in a good company employees should have the freedom to participate in decision making. They must know that good decision can come from anywhere
  • 12. Realizing You’re a Team and Not a Bunch of Individuals  Organization is considered as a team  The difference between being a team and just a bunch of individuals is that the individuals see themselves as separate from each other. Helping others is forced because you normally operate on your own projects, or your own part in a larger project.  Team work together on all work related projects and help is very necessary for the achievement of individual and organizational goals
