Erimo Consulting helps companies in a number of areas ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
Some of the Strategy Development challenges we have helped client’s address ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],Challenge:   We have a strategy, but before   we implement it we’d like to know  which parts of it will work and why.  Challenge:   We have a good handle on the next 2-  3 years, but want to see ‘around the  corner’ so that we are prepared for  whatever may come.  Challenge:   We are having a strategy off-site and  want to make sure that we get the best thinking of the group AND actionable  items out of the session
We believe that “It does not matter what you meant, it only matters what you implement” ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],Challenge:   We have a lack of processes with  unstated roles & responsibilities and  unclear decision making  Challenge:   We do not want to be engaged in a  drawn out project before we see real  results Challenge:   We are embarking on a important project  and are unsure we have the proper project  and risk management tools in place
At the end of the day, it is the people who make everything happen ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],Challenge:   We have a new team and it is important that  they effectively work together as quickly as  possible Challenge:   My organization is going through a large  change and I want to make sure that I don’t  lose my employees along the way Challenge:   Many of our people need help with their  managerial skills – giving feedback,  presentation skills, dealing with resistance
