 Mobile Number Portability
Team leader for MNP support with an objective to ensure readiness for MNP both in GSM
& CDMA network. CFT lead for the MNP project. Designed processes and got the same
implemented in order to adhere to the regulatory mandate.
 Flash SMS solution for CDMA (End Call SMS)
Designed & implemented the highly acknowledged project for USSD like Flash SMS in
CDMA. The project was highly acclaimed & appreciated by groups like CDG. The same
has already been implemented for TTSL CDMA network & discussed in CDG forum.
 3G VAS- Planning & Implementation
Planning & Design of 3G VAS platform architecture for TTSL. Owner & SPOC for various
3G Video VAS services like Video Blogging, Video Chat, Social Networking Service,
Education based video services, Video Comedy Portal, Video Astrology, etc.
 Managing SMSC & SMS gateway - features, capacity, strategy and business rules
Product Manager for SMSC & SMS Gateway. The role involved end to end implementation,
forecasting and planning the capacity for future expansion depending upon the traffic
requirements, Virtual Numbers & short code management, Campaign Management,
exploring features and products that can be developed around SMS, thus creating new
revenue streams.
 Magic SMS
Launched the highly acknowledged product by the name ‘Magic SMS’, enabling Tata
DoCoMo subscribers to send interactive picture SMS & MMS using normal P2P SMS. Thus
enhancing customer satisfaction, improving P2P-VAS revenue & making Tata DoCoMo the
first operator to launch such a creative service in India
 Data - Policy Control Rule Function (PCRF)
Implementation of business rules for data policy controls and enforcement using PCRF for
the launch of speed, quantum booster & FUP packs for customer retention and acquisition.
Launched 250 Unlimited Prepaid Data and 1299 Unlimited Postpaid Data Packs
 SMS to Email Solution for GSM & CDMA
Making Tata Indicom & Tata DoCoMo users accessible to Email even on legacy handsets
and providing them with the feature of sending & receiving Emails (Blackberry like Push-
Pull Email) using legacy mobile handsets. The service has already been launched under
the name “Push4Mail” in TTL making TTSL first such operator in India.

3.  Enterprise SMS Solution- Process Design/OSS/BSS integration
Played the role of Solution architect/Product Manager, provided technical solution to
various enterprise clients. Managed the Enterprise Gateway for the business needs of
enterprise clients, process design for service delivery, fulfillment & SMS Revenue
Assurance Activity for reducing Revenue Leakages, bulk international SMS, Enterprise
Voice Virtual number, integration with OSS/BSS/CRM systems, meeting SLAs and timely
deployment of services thus building revenues for the company and making TTSL market
leader in Ent SMS business.
 Mobile Advertisement
Solution, Planning & RFP design for Mobile Ad platform in TTSL that will be used for all
VAS services across all platforms i.e. CDMA, GSM & 3G as well as an enterprise tool to
enhance revenue. Worked on m-AD product for DoCoMo (CDMA & GSM)
 Mobile Commerce (m-Commerce)
Platform integration & support for m-Commerce project implementation on Tata DoCoMo
 Alpha Numeric Masking for Blackberry
Designed & Implemented of a creative messaging solution for blackberry customers that
sends alphanumeric name of the sender instead of his/her number to destination party.
