ER-Quik is applying to support the Heart Wise application. ER-Quik is an Oregon-based company formed in 2010 that is committed to dedicating resources to maintain and update the Heart Wise app. The multi-disciplinary ER-Quik team includes experts in health law, IT, medical records, and emergency medicine. The app was created for both Android and iOS to reach a broad audience, stores data locally for privacy, and provides a personalized health risk assessment experience. ER-Quik also has experience marketing health products and engaging with health communities.

ER-Quik is owned by LLM Solutions, LLC an Oregon-based company
formed in 2010.
ER-Quik team members :
• Health law attorney with a master’s degree in public health and 15 years experience
advising clients in the health care industry including health care companies and
individual health care professionals.
• Information Technology manager with 16 years of professional software development
industry experience including architecture, analysis, design, and development.
• Registered health information administrator and coding consultant with 35 years
management experience in medical records and private business.
• Board certified Emergency Room physician with 25 years experience in emergency
medicine, occupational medicine and private business.
3. Business Plan
ER Quik is committed to dedicate IT and business resources to the
Heart Wise application throughout the duration of the campaign and
beyond the initial campaign.
ER-Quik will incorporate the daily operation and maintenance of the
Heart Wise Application into its ongoing business operations including
the correction of any defects discovered in the application.
An unlimited number of users will be supported since the Heart Wise
application runs on individual smart devices and does not rely on a
centralized web site.
Timely updates will be made to Heart Wise as needed or as requested
by the sponsoring agencies.
ER-Quik will promote Heart Wise on its website and in its marketing
materials. Marketing methods are both written and verbal.

Smart Device Platform.
The Heart Wise App was created for both Android and iOS (Apple)
users to reach broadest range of application consumers. It will run
natively on Smart Phones, Tablets, and the iPod Touch.
Privacy Concerns.
All information is stored and controlled locally by the user on their
phone likely increasing their participation without worry that their
personal data is being stored elsewhere.
Personalized Experience.
One integrated experience for the consumer. Their risk results
and recommendations are always at their finger tips, without ever
having to remember a website link, or website logon.
6. Technical Overview
Maintainability.
One code base w/Appcelerator Titanium platform used to create
native applications on both the Android and iOS (Apple) platform.
Simplifies management and support of the app, while maintaining
a premium user experience.
Usage Monitoring.
Can provide daily, weekly, and monthly application usage
reporting, including # active users, risk assessments completed
with or without biometric data, etc.

Personal information is kept ONLY on the phone (with the
exception of calling the risk assessment service).
