I had to use the school equipmenttotake photosof the model,thiswasconvenientasnostandwas
neededandnoextraswere usedapartfromthe camera.Because of this,manyphotoswere taken
because Ididn’thave to resetthe standeach time oranythingbecause the shotswere handheld. In
these photos,itshowsme givinginformationtoMatt,my model,andshowinghim pre-production
materialssohe knowswhat I want to achieve andposeshe needstomake forexample seatedor
standing.The otherphotoshowsme withthe camera,I didn’tuse a stand as free handwasok for
the task. I have chosena denimjacketandblackjeansas the mainfocusof the costume as itgoes
well withthe genre especiallyand tookthe theme of whatI wasaimingforto a new level,thiswas
especiallygoodbecause Icouldgetthe rightfeel from
the photosand geta final productthatfitswhat I am
lookingforhopefully.
The situation doesn’tlookverysafe butwe tookmultiple safety
precautions,we were consideringputtingsomethingbelow e.g.asmall
trampoline butwe couldn’tgetone forthe shoot,insteadwe inspectedthe
area and decidedthatitwouldbe safe,mymodel isalsoan experienced
climberandsaidhe was more than happyto getup to the desiredlocation.
We made sure that there wasno triphazards andsliphazardsthat weren’t
takencare of.
Here my model andI are usingpre-productionmaterialsasreference sothat we know whatto do
and little thingsthatmightnotbe rightotherwise.
Before the shootwe were lookingatideasaswell tomake
sure that nothingwasmissingandwe had everythingwe
needed.

2. Evidence of photography
Before we wentoutwe decidedtosetupthe equipmentinthe classroom, whilstwe endedupnot
usingthe tripodwe still checkeditbefore we lefttomake sure itwas working,thiswasdone with
everypartof equipment.
