The official website of the group of companies
“Твоя столица” says: "Since its foundation, our
company has set itself wider objectives than
commercial efficiency.
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) of our
company is a position and philosophy, tradition and
system of values of collective. “Твоя столица” is a
belarusian company. We are very proud of this and
try to do everything we can for the benefit of the
development of our country."

It is pleasant to realize that there are
companies in the Republic of Belarus whose
managers understand that in the modern world
the organization should take on social
responsibility in relation to all interested
parties: to the society that makes up the
external environment of the organization and to
the owners and employees who make up the
internal environment of the organization.

In proof of all the above we would
like to quote the Director of the estate
agency, Lyudmila Krasovskaya: "The
ability to help does not depend on the
amount of money. There are many ways
to help. We clearly understand that good
is done at the call of the heart and
together we can do more."

The group of companies “Твоя столица”
has a large number of different projects related
to corporate social responsibility. Among them
are three directions:
• responsibility for the future of the country;
• responsibility for clients interests;
• pride in the profession.

6. Responsibility for the future of the country
The direction of “responsibility for the
future of the country” consists of:
• assistance to childhood and youth;
• support for vulnerable groups;
• development of cultural projects;
• promotion of belarusian art and culture;
• strict compliance with the law regarding
the payment of taxes.

7. Responsibility for clients interests
The direction of "responsibility
for the interests of customers" consists
of:
• fair business practices based on
professionalism, interest and openness
of the parties;
• active measures for the development
of a civilized market in the country
and its representation in the
international arena.

8. Pride in the profession
The direction of "pride in the
profession" consists of:
• staff training and development;
• organization of relations on the principles
of social partnership;
• strengthening the corporate "capital"
spirit.

9. Responsibility for the future of the country
 Social project “Минские историйки”.
This is a cycle of urban stories, which
are called “историйки”.
 “Твоя столица” has been supporting the
Republican theatre of Belarusian drama since
2013. The funds transferred to the theater go
to the help in staging performances.

10. Responsibility for the future of the country
“Твоя столица” helps a family-type
orphanage since 2000. Also, the group of
companies actively cooperates with
charitable foundations, including:
 «Шанс»;
 «Прикосновение к жизни»;
 «БлагоДарим»;
 «ЮниХелп»;
 «SOS-Детская деревня»;
 «С любовью – детям»;
«Белорусский детский хоспис».

11. Corporate social responsibility
There is one more special social
project which called "20 good actions".
“Твоя столица” turned 20 years old in
2016. “Твоя столица” decided to
celebrate the anniversary year especially -
to do good actions. Among them: a gift to
children from a family-type orphanage in
the Moscow district in the form of a
computer, purchase and delivery of food
and medicine to the animal shelter, taking
part in cleaning the building of the
children's hospice after construction,
playing football.

12. Promising directions for the development of
the company's corporate program
We see that the group of companies “Твоя столица” is engaged in a very large
number of projects in the field of corporate social responsibility, but it is clear that in
one of the most important areas of corporate social responsibility “Твоя столица” does
not take any measures. This area is related to the protection and maintenance of the
environment. So, pomising direction for the development of the company's corporate
program:
• environmental protection (“Твоя столица” focuses its activities on Minsk, so it would
be worth considering the problem of the Minsk dump);
• campaign for conscious consumption that can help the environment (it is necessary to
encourage people to use less plastic packaging, because it is much easier to refuse
from using it then to organize large processing industries).
This should help to improve the situation in this direction and increase the
social reputation of the company for citizens.
