ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN INFORMATION COMMUNICATION
TECHNOLOGY (ICT)
SY 2022-2023
I. INTRODUCTION:
The incorporation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) within
teaching and learning has emerged as a significant priority for educators in
developing nations like the Philippines. The utilization of ICT demands a purposeful
and impactful approach, necessitating educators to explore ways to seamlessly
integrate technology into the educational sphere due to its rapid advancements.
Rather than letting technology steer education, educational objectives and
requirements must guide its incorporation into schools. A pivotal aspect in recognizing
the necessity for ICT curriculum standards in K-12 schools in the Philippines is
targeting the comprehensive growth of learners. The researcher asserts that
establishing these standards involves a decision-making process that will
fundamentally shape how Filipino students comprehend and acquire ICT concepts
and skills, ultimately empowering them to leverage learning for greater benefits.
II. Activities Undertaken:
Computers can also aid the research and compiling aspects of school projects
and many teachers now incorporate the machines in the learning process. A
primary advantage of computers is the amount of information they offer via
networking to a wide range of databases. In this connection, our school added ICT
as a part of the curriculum and the following were the activities incorporated in the
said area.
1. Generated the DTR of the teachers by school via SARAH monthly.
2. Submitted the SF4 & Sf7 monthly.
3. Provided technical assistance to the teachers who are less knowledgeable in
the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
4. Equipped the learners with the basic knowledge of computer
5. Conducted COT’s with ICT integration.
6. Facilitated in the online enrolment of learners.
7. Encoded the Baseline/Endline Nutritional Status report of pupils from Kinder
to VI.
8. Taught the teachers how to make video lessons using kinemaster app
9. Equipped the teachers on the use of google forms and other online
assessment tools and online platforms.

12.Attended meetings and trainings with regards to ICT.
13.Accomplished the E-BEIS end of School Year (EOSY) for the SY 2022-2023s

16.Served as lay-out artist, video editor in some reports.
17.Crafted the Class Program & Master Program.
Through the initiative of the District ICT coordinator, each school ICTs are
empowered as reflected on the various ICT milestones and endeavors.

III. CONCLUSION
When used appropriately, different ICTS are said to help expand access to
education, strengthen the relevance of education to the increasingly digital
workplace, and raise educational quality by among others, helping make teaching
and learning into an engaging active process connected to real life. Technologies
have great potential for knowledge dissemination, effective learning and efficient
education services. The learnings we learned from trainings and colleagues in
effective use of technology in education, gain in depth knowledge and skills in
The school's ICT coordinator actively participated in specialized enhancement training
sessions aimed at updating and refining their skill set in the field of Information and
Communication Technology (ICT).

IV. Recommendation
The ICT Accomplishment Report aims to comprehensively showcase the
organization's advancements by highlighting significant milestones achieved, such as
successful new technology implementations or upgrades that have notably bolstered
productivity, efficiency, and user experience. It will integrate case studies
demonstrating how ICT initiatives directly contributed to the organization's success,
detailing specific projects, their challenges, implemented solutions, and achieved
outcomes, providing tangible evidence of progress. Moreover, the report will include
relevant metrics and data analysis to quantitatively exhibit the impact of ICT
interventions on system performance, response times, cost-effectiveness, user
adoption rates, and more. It will address challenges faced during ICT implementations,
elucidating lessons learned and strategies for improvement, exhibiting adaptability and
a learning-oriented approach. Additionally, the report will outline future plans and
strategies for further leveraging ICT for organizational growth, focusing on aligning
upcoming projects and technological advancements with the organization's objectives.
Highlighting stakeholder involvement and user feedback, it will acknowledge
collaboration among teams and departments while incorporating testimonials or
surveys to enhance credibility. Ensuring accessibility and clarity, the report will employ
plain language and explanations to make technical details understandable for a wide
audience, ultimately creating a compelling document that effectively communicates
the value and impact of ICT initiatives within the organization.
