Dear Friends,
For over 20 years, CROC specialists have been creating state-of-the-art engineering facilities to equip various
buildings, from commercial properties (offices, shopping centers, stadiums, etc.) to data centers, boiler plants
and much more. We have been speaking about ways to increase performance, deal with competitors and
achieve maximum efficiency for many years. However, the world is changing and we are changing along with it.
Today, we want to speak about peace rather than fighting. Leaders must be able to live at peace with
themselves, with what they do, the people around them, and our planet. A modern iintelligent building is also
a ‘green’ energy-efficient, safe and environmentally friendly building that saves money for its owner, reduces
maintenance requirements and benefits the people for whom it is intended.
We are proud of the projects described in this booklet as they are examples of truly intelligent buildings
created in harmony with the environment.
Yours faithfully,
Alexander Shirokov
