This document summarizes an opening speech for an online forum on insurance, banking, and credit and financial services for cooperatives. The speaker welcomed participants from the Cooperative Development Authority Region 1, presenters representing the insurance, banking, and credit cluster, and reactors. The purpose of the forum was to understand issues and concerns of cooperatives in the cluster to help the oversight head design policies to address cooperative needs and goals. Participants were invited to ask questions in the comments.

from the CDA, fellow cooperators, L & G
 Good morning. Hello everyone, it's my privilege and pleasure on behalf of
CDA RO 1 to welcome amazing line up of presenters representing CFSBI
cluster, We are honored to have reactors who will foster the exchange of
information, as well as address common issues, challenges, and strategies.
Dir LRD- Atty Beth Batonan will join us today to contribute information and
opinions to participants on some issues.

3.  We are delighted to have all of you including the participation of our
viewers in our live stream at CDA RO1 fb. Thank you for tuning in. That
many of you have invested your time. Time is a currency and so we value
your presence to listen and interact with our reactors.
 This consultation is aimed at knowing and understanding the issues and
concerns of cooperatives belonging to CFSBI. Our Oversight Head Asec
Vidal D. Villanueva III our architect for this cluster will be able to design
future decisions thru relevant policies to cater and respond to these
needs. To redefine or re establish worthwhile goals for the improvement
of this specific cluster group.
