  4. 4. Coffee Shop Finder Find your nearest store on an interactive custom map layer. Click through to store details and call to make an enquiry. Check inventory listings, see opening hours and more.
  5. 5. Push Notifications Push time-specific deals out to users from specific locations. Effective location-based marketing tool that can drive customers into the store during quiet times. Users can then share these deals via Costa’s and their own social media channels
  6. 6. Barista Profiles Profiles of the Baristas who work at Costa Coffee. This personal touch sets Costa apart from competitors. Have users nominate their favourite barista for discounts and rewards. This section can contain interactive videos with selected baristas demonstrating how to make the perfect Expresso, latte, etc.
  7. 7. Interactive Menus What’s in stock in each store. Click-to-call to have coffee brewed while the user reaches the store - share purchases with friends via social media. Get up-to-date prices and special offers.
  8. 8. Social Media Costa’s social media streams automatically feed into the app which is constantly updated. Google Buzz integrated so news and press releases feed into the app. Foursquare check-in capabilities. Dedicated YouTube channel featuring ‘how to’ videos, vetted user submissions and CEO messages. Improve the Facebook page – engage more with users. Currently there are only 254 Likes – this is a great tool to promote new products and special offers and can be used to promote the app – the app can also be used to promote Costa’s social media channels.
  9. 9. Distribution QR Codes - scan the code and download the app. The code can be added to receipts, in-store advertising and all print/online advertising campaigns. Social Media - download the app on the Facebook page; link to the app download page on Twitter - Encourage users to share the app link in order to win discounts on selected products. Website - Have the QR Code and a link to the download page highlighted on the website.
